  My wife and i are monthly members, paying 40 for each car and every time i go something is broken in the car wash. Jets don't work or the brushes are torn. It's sad as now I have to look for a new car wash.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This is, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve dealt with. I bought my car ONE WEEK before coming here. It was practically brand new, and this was the first and only car wash it had been through. I left with a cracked taillight that was not there before. The manager, Alexus, filed a claim, only for me to receive an email claiming the damage was “pre-existing.” That’s laughable. My car was only a few days old and had zero damage before I trusted them with it. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to deny responsibility and leave their customer stuck with the bill. It’s disappointing to see a business that would rather protect itself than do the right thing. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust this place with a bicycle, let alone a car. Save yourself the frustration, the damage, and the headache.

  Great first time! My car looks amazing even the wheel shine looks amazing ! and also wan to thank the employee Chris for helping me with the vacuum he stopped what he was doing to ask me if I needed help he showed how the vacuums turn on lol didn’t see button but he was very nice about it and assisted me with towels and showed me mat washers great place great employee I will for sure visit this location more.

  Horrible! Don't waste your membership! The towels look like washcloths, if they even have any available! The cost of the membership is not worth it. The management must be terrible, or perhaps it's the owner at fault! I could have just poured water on my vehicle! We plan to cancel our membership. The vacuums hardly work. I'm going to another place that provides better services and has items for cleaning your vehicle, along with larger cloths and air fresheners, all for the same price. Do better!
