  Sooooooo, here's the thing. I just moved in town from Charlotte where we only have one of these and it's far out in Kannapolis. So when I moved here and realized there were over 4 and one down the street from me I was ecstatic! First time to the location I met Kristina at the window where she helped the young man help me get set up with the monthly membership. Soon after the wash, the mat cleaning machine ate my very pricey weather mat! I had already had a rough day at the tire shop so I should have been livid. Kristina jumped right into action and immediately addressed my concerns, comped my wash and starting working on a game plan to get my mat back to me! I was beyond impressed by how efficient and calm she was. Before I left the second shift team came in and they were even nicer as I watched them fight the machine to get my mat back. I left and went to run errands when I got the call that they got the mat back and I could come pick it up. I decided to wash my car again on Monday as it had rained most of the weekend. This time while inside the wash I could hear something hitting up against the front of my bumper and all around the passenger side to the rear of my vehicle. I didn't know what it was but was terrified because there was nothing I could do about it and nowhere to go as I was already inside the wash. When I got out, it was visible scratches from the front of my cars bumper/hood area all the way to the back of the vehicle. I flagged down the young man working that day and explained to him what happened. I was nervous because I didn't know how I was going to explain it to him. He got started right away on a claim for me with the ipad and while we were doing the claim another vehicle was experiencing the same thing and we could hear it from outside the wash. He immediately asked his teammate to stop the wash so that no one else could get damage which I appreciated. To be honest, with the mat issue, my day at the tire shop and now this damaged to my vehicle should have sent me through the roof. The silver lining here is Kristina and her awesome team at this location. They took ownership, accountability and action! This is rare with business today. Kristina personally called me to ensure that my vehicle would be taken care of and gave me her sincerest apology. I'm beyond grateful for the team here and what others to know just how solid they are. Thanks Kristina!

  I arrived just before closing and the associates still went out of their way to make sure I had good service and was taken care of. I think it was JD who came around to make sure I had everything I needed. Your employees seem to enjoy their work, and that is usually a reflection of a well-run establishment

  What an awesome experience! My first visit... Kristina took the time to explain the different options...what might work best for me....answered all my questions and just generally very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely just very kind and caring... I wish I got customer service like this everywhere! The wash was great and my Jeep looked bright and happy when it was done!
