  I had a 9 am appointment got here 15 minutes early he didn't open the door and a lady came with a 9 appointment also after me he walked out and went to her car pulled it in started her car didn't acknowledge me so I went and asked him .He said her appointment was at 9 but I was there first.He said only 1 person work on Sunday .That is crazy because I was there first to have my 4 tires installed. He never spoke or acknowledge me standing there he just walked out rude will not go here again

  Extremely helpful, helped find out the right preventative maintenance, what needed to be done now and what could wait if needed... So thankful to Mr Michael and Mr Zachary Update... They didn't correctly install the hub cap and it fell off the same day... Went back the next day and they said that they are not allowed to do anything as far as replacing it... They left a tablet in the truck which I returned the next day and asked if they would make it right by replacing the hubcap that they didn't correctly put back... The hubcap is 60 dollars... Now I have to replace it with my own money... No good deed goes unpunished... They did good work and I paid over 1500 dollars and they said there is nothing they can do to help me with the hubcap... Needless to say I'll buy my own replacement cap and I will never bring anything back to this location or any other tire choice... Screw me once... That's enough for me to not come back. Hate putting this review out there but someone should do something about the"rules" ... If you make a mistake just make it right, all I'm saying man ... God bless and pay attention to who and what you spend your hard earned money... MAKE IT RIGHT and I'll edit this review again... Until then talk to management

  We purchased 4 new tires with 65,000 mile warranty and paid extra for lifetime tire repair, rotation & balancing. After 40,000 miles, the tires are almost bald. We were told to bring the car in by a specific time. Upon arrival, my husband was told A) it was a different group of employees when we purchased. (the name of the company is the same) B) they no longer sell that brand C) we have to "take it up with the manufacturer" The manager was not going to even look at the tires. When asked why he didn't convey that information before asking us to be there by a specific time, an hour drive, he begrudgingly agreed to walk outside and look at them. He then informed my husband that my driving was the isdue and it wasnt his problem. Not only does this establishment not stand by their product or warranty, lack any resemblance of customer service but they are insulting and disrespectful, specifically towards women. I went inside to request the manufacturers contact information and the manager smirked at the request and beligerantly commented about having a nice day as i left.
