  The guy said he didn't know how to use the computer to ring in a tire rotation and to come back another day. I explained to him that I had previous work and he should be able to see the price from my history. So then he drives the car in and says the tire tread is too low to work on. I said, what is the measurement supposed to be for the policy? He said he didn't know, but he will go measure it and then went outside and measured them. Then, he said they looked too low and he cannot rotate the tires. Got they're at 545pm and they close at 7. His body language showed that he didn't want to do any work since so close to closing.

  The mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even though he was under staffed, he was not rushed. It was actually one of the few times that I’ve seen a mechanic use a torque wrench (as opposed to an impact gun) to tighten the lug nuts! Job well done and quickly! 4 tires installed and an alignment in less than an hour.

  I went to this shop to have two rear tires in my Audi that liking air. The "specialist" inspected the tires, checked the date and told me he couldn't repair them because they were too old! Mind you, the tires still have 95% of their tread left, and are in excellent condition!! I wonder what kind of tires shop this if they can't even repair a tire ?! But then he tells me he can replace them with two new, ones....are you kidding me?! Is this business or a scam ? I have experience repairing tires, they aren't going to fool me ! I'll just buy a $5.00 of kit repair and do it my self ! I recommend going to another shop that can handle simple repair.

  If I could leave a half of a star i would. They have a very dishonest staff. I went to get work done on my car . I was sent there be customer service representatives Princess. To get work done that the store on jales island refused to do. I went there and I. As told it would be $204 to but my part on. Well I got there and the service carrier Katelyn says I was being charged for work not done . Not just a fee but charged me the 204 dollars and all the mechanic did was take off my tire a d he never discounted the part that needed ro be removed. I was hurt appalled at that. . It was told I could take a uber home I live 45minutes away bit I was told that the mechanic had to leave to go home atc4:00 why schedule me a mechanic that didn't have time to do the work. I offered to take a Uber to go get the part needed Katelyn refused to allow me to do that I even called the the shop they were 7 minutes away. N but not to mention when I was told by this sale lady my part was wrong I took a Uber to get the right part just for them to tell me it wasn't wrong the mechanic just didnt kno. How to properly remove it. So I. As charged 204 dollars for them to take tires off and put it back on. . Then I was I told by Katelyn thats what I get for bring my own part. I called the next day to speak with the shop manager he told me she was right and if I, wanted my. Car fixed it woukd be the sale charge as before. Now let me remind you they close at 7 pm. The mechanic git off at 4pm i got to the shop after driving an hour to get there at 2:26 p.m. they put my car on t he rack at 2:50 the mechanic never took the wheel off until after 3pm. I was told about the issue at 330. Katelyn lied and told the manager the mechanic worked on the ar for 2 hours i cashed out at 4:00. It took the mechanic about 10 minutes to put the tire back on and and drive the car around. And I was only getting a CV axle done i called never heard from no one from the company until I. Ent to Facebook. Also the general manager said he don't speak with customers. So I got no help just stolen money . And a help load of issues with liars and crooks with this company not to mention works i had done by staff that is no longer employed . With this company has been deleted out of the system. Work i paid for some never done and caused alot of other issues . . I hope all those who have experienced anything with them report it
