I've been dealing with Soeedee for about a year. They had been really good to me until now. I came in for a simple oil change. I had no problems with my car before I bought it in for an oil change. They told me my serpentine belt needed replacing we said ok, they replaced it. The next day my car ran hot, I had it towed back. They said I had a tiny leak from the screw on the water pump. Mind you I had no leaks prior to bringing it in. They replace the water pump free of charge, I went home. I drove to work only to have to stop because my car was running hot again. I pull in the tech immediately put antifreeze in the reservoir and told me it should start to cool down it didn't. They checked my car out snd told me my fan needed to be replaced at $900. I called the Ceo and my message was forwarded to a GM I guess who asked us to bring the car back only to tell us they are not replacing the fan. Mr. Tucker stated that the problem started with the water pump. He showed me the old water pump and where it was leaking from. This was a waste of time. Who replace a water pump for free on a Cadillac CTS coupe if they didn't do something wrong when they replaced the serpentine belt. He has the Authority to replace it but he wouldn't. I am sooo disappointed and missed. We come here with trust not being mechanics and this what we are given.

Wonderful service with competitive pricing…had a great service except for one thing. One of the techs recommended that I get my brakes changed. (Just for reference, I’m also a mechanic but I get lazy sometimes and don’t feel like charging my own oil.) I received these services on Saturday, but I had previously changed my brakes and rotors that previous Tuesday so they were brand spanking new. Maybe it was a slip up on his part, but to an inexperienced customer that would have been a couple hundred bucks spent for nothing. It’s ok to ask questions
