  I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Safelite and their tech Bobby. He was on time, called ahead of arriving, was very polite and professional, and did a great job with replacing and recalibrating our windshield. I would strongly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs this service.

  Friendly, corrected their mistakes when they made them. Needed them to come back and they were happy to do so. Not perfect the whole journey but very good. Would use again but hopefully don’t need to.

  Set up an appointment online 10 days in advance and was called at 1:30 the afternoon before to be told the appointment i set up could not be performed and i would have to take my truck to the shop to have the back window replaced. I then drop it off at 8:30 in the morning they don't start on it until 3:48 in the afternoon. I have to call them at 4:45 to make sure my truck will be done by 5 when the store closes where they inform me they have just put two technicians on it so it will be finished in time. I get there at 5 when they're closing and have to wait another 45 minutes before they are done and come to find out they just smashed the rest of the broken window into and under my back seat. No clean up no respect for others property. Do not use this store unless you want to be disappointed

  The technician that replaced my windshield on a 24 Tundra needs to tidy up a bit. Dash left with a bunch of debris from the removal, both inner plastic trims for cowl were not attached and some more tape debris under hood and both grab handles dirty from dirty hands. You should change gloves when switching from exterior to interior parts replacement. The passenger top rubber seal is pushed up too high and doesn't match the alignment of the rest to the driver side but I'll live with that. Being a Toyota mdt I'm not trying to nitpick but I consider this replacement a good enough job. They didn't go above and do an excellent replacement, far from it. The North Charleston safelight location scratched my glass when they opened it with a razor blade last replacement soo I'll consider this a small step forward.
