  My technician, Lorenzo, went above & beyond to make sure the window was replaced correctly. He even ordered a new wiper arm, when the original broke, and came back & replaced it, while on his way to work. He was very professional, friendly & courteous. I would highly recommend Safelite!

  I already shared the great experience on the first page. Not able to go back and paste, would you please share that info with everyone that needs professional work done on their vehicle? I’m very pleased with the whole experience, starting with the claim with my insurance company, to when the whole service from Safelite was done. I can attest at any time that I’m a real customer and prove it as well to people/potential customers out there.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars!!!! ​I had an absolute 5-star experience with Safelite, and specifically with my technician, Tracy. I am very, very happy with the windshield replacement work! Tracy did an outstanding job and was incredibly prompt from start to finish. What I appreciated most was the communication—I was notified well in advance and kept in the loop the entire time so I knew exactly what to expect and when the vehicle would be ready to drive again. ​The new glass looks flawless, and it's rare to get customer service this good nowadays. I will definitely be recommending Tracy and this Safelite location to everyone I know, and I will absolutely return for any glass repairs I might need later in life. Thanks so much!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin. My insurance company covered my repair but I would have rather paid $1,000 to not have worked with SafeLite and not have worked with this shop. I had a mobile appointment but it started drizzling so I was asked to bring my car into the shop, which is understandable. When I arrived at the shop, the technician said that there were other cars waiting and that he had to work on the other cars first (despite the fact that I had an appointment that he showed up for and then told me to go meet him at the shop). The recalibration failed because he used a mobile tool. When they called me to reschedule the recalibration, they said they couldn't come to me and that I needed to bring it into the shop because they used a mobile tool. I was at the shop so why would they use a mobile tool? I dropped my car off for that second appointment at 9:30 am. I figured it would be a couple of hours. It took until 6 pm for me to get my car back. I will never use Safelite ever again and I would never recommend them ever again to anyone who has any problem with their vehicle.

  If I could give Safelite in Summerville zero stars, I would. Our first two appointments were canceled only after we had already reached the scheduled appointment windows, wasting our time twice. The work was not completed at the third appointment, forcing us to return for a fourth time. At the fourth appointment, we were finally informed that the dash camera Safelite had removed could not be reinstalled. This should have been explained before anyone touched it—not after four appointments and multiple delays. To be fair, the technicians we dealt with, Edwin and John V., were both professional, respectful, and courteous. They were the only positive part of this experience, and my complaints are not directed at them. Unfortunately, the woman at the front counter, who is also the person who calls customers, was consistently rude and lacked even the most basic customer-service skills. There was no genuine apology, no concern for the repeated inconvenience, and no effort to m Zake the situation right. Four appointments, two last-minute cancellaZddtions, one incomplete visit, a dash cam they removed but would not reinstall, and rude front-counter service throughout. This was an unbelievably frustrating and poorly managed expe.rience. Edwin and John V. represented the company professionally, but the overall customer service and repeated scheduling failures were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend the Summerville Safelite location.
