  Steve the owner is the most knowledgeable person I have spoken to on trailers! I shopped around for a dump trailer, and a gooseneck trailer most people selling them don't know the answer to my questions and he knew them all! The place down the street palmetto trailer world is a nice shop but they don't have the same knowledge as the guys at Leonard. I even came back and got my truck lifted which turned out AWSOME!!

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I looked at their website for a specific model of trailer. I went ahead and went through the financing and they called me the next day to tell me everything was good to go. I showed up expecting what I inquired about, not only did I not get that, the trailer they had did not even look new. I specifically wanted a trailer with a side door, when I got there it didn't have that. That would have been one thing, but then when inspecting it the tongue was rusted, the trailer lights connector was rusted, and there was not even a foot on the jack. When I mentioned this to the guy he gave me attitude and was very rude. It only got worse from there. We decided not to buy the trailer and when I asked him to shred my paperwork he decided to shove my paperwork at me. The next day I get a call from them because the rude employee that shoved my paperwork at me had given me the certificate of origin and they wanted it back. I took time out of my day to bring it back and he was the only one working. I threw the paper on the counter and left after saying my piece and he proceeded to follow me all the way to the parking lot saying expletives. I wouldn't let that guy work for me if he was the last person on earth. If you are looking for a trailer do yourself a favor and go across the street to Palmetto Trailer. They have a much better selections, and better prices. Not to mention better customer service.
