  Lamar was awesome and made sure I understood what was being done every step of the way. I could go somewhere cheaper but the staff makes sure I’m taken care of and the service is worth it to me.

  Great experience. It was my first time visiting any sort of express oil change & Dee and the guys helped me out a lot. He was very thorough with his explanation, and didn’t try and upsell anything. Highly recommend this shop & Dee!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dee at Express Oil Change provided amazing customer service! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Dee kept me informed throughout the service, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s hard to find service this genuine these days. I highly recommend asking for Dee if you want someone who truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be back!

  Mr. Dee was my CSR during my visit, he individually made my experience a pleasure! I was driving around the building because the signage was confusing and he stopped and directed me to the area. Also, was very informative about each process as the service progressed building trust that each process was completed successfully. He informed me of upsell items but was not pushy, I appreciated that tremendously. All in Mr. Dee is the type of employee I would like working for me.

  The team at this location is second to none. I work in the Auto-Service industry and can confidently say these fellas know their stuff. Everyone I interacted with has been respectful and more than helpful. I mainly dealt with Dallas and Chris, they explained everything very well and were respectful. Could not have asked for a better experience!
