I was hit by another vehicle, and given a rental car through them, they ended up charging me 300$, which at first they took off, but in the final bill, it was put back on there . They will take as much money of yours as they can get away with.
- MGMichael Gonzalez5 days ago1.0Stay away from this place. Ridiculous hidden fees along with Managers that won’t return or take your calls. After renting from enterprise for 15 years, I will never use them again after my experience with this location.
- JJJenny5 days ago5.0Mark and Andrew were super helpful! This was my first time having to rent due to my car being repaired and I was very nervous about driving a different vehicle. Mark was very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Communication throughout the whole process was great, everyone is super friendly and the girl who picked me up from the shop - I didn't catch her name - was so sweet and easy to talk to. Thank y'all so much!!!
