  Renting from Enterprise has always been a great and easy experience for me. From reservations to pick up and returning a vehicle there’s never been an issue. The customer service is out of this world! They listen and will solve any issue promptly! I’m definitely a very satisfied customer!

  We had a great experience. I had a flat tire and I took it back to another enterprise they switched my car out for another car. They were amazing. I was in and out in 10 mins. I highly recommend enterprise. I give them 5 stars

  Reid provided me excellent customer service being that i came all the way from Walterboro after walterboro didn’t have a rental ready for me. He got me in and got me out. Also returning the rental Emmanuel Acheampong came and checked the vehicle back in and provided excellent customer service along with Devante Young. Those guys were awesome and will get you going quickly.

  Should be able go give negative stars. Truck I rented broke down and they would not issue another vehicle till they towed that one and claimed they couldn’t find anyone to tow it till 11 pm 12 hours after letting them know it was broke down. Causing me to miss 3 appointments and leaving me stranded without a ride for 24 hours. Called and spoke to management numerous times with him telling me it was their company policy, and there was nothing he could do. Finally at something after 11 when the tow truck did finally show up he proceeded to tell me that Enterprises in house roadside Co had fixed rates that didn’t pay well so as long as they have anything else to do they will refuse the job this being why it took 12 hours to get to me of course by then it was midnight so it’s to late to get another vehicle and then to add insult to injury when I called the next morning for another vehicle they still wouldn’t give me one till “I” produced the name of the tow truck Co “they” hired so they could verify it was picked up and find out where he left it.None of it my problem but they made it my problem. So I paid 57 bucks for a day of having a vehicle I didn’t have and paid 50 bucks for a Dr visit I couldn’t cancel in time and they don’t seem to care. When they called to ask me about my experience and I explained all of this I was told they where gonna call corporate to see if they couldn’t get me a resolution but of course I never heard back.

  I used to work for an auto body shop so I already knew how customer focused they are. I was in a car accident a few mths ago and needed a rental so I went to this location. I chose a suv that was the same make as my car thinking it would be better since I’d be familiar w how the car operates just a size down. After driving it for a day, I didn’t feel safe in it because of it being smaller and having anxiety from the accident. I called the store and explained my situation. They put me bigger suv that was perfect. Leah and rest of the staff here really goes above and beyond what’s required to help and accommodate their customers. They’ve maintained their quality customer service since I started working w them in 2008. I can’t recommend them enough.
