  I have been a repeated customer at this location for years and I have not had a bad experience, even when the workers were busy or low on vehicles or when I had an issue with a vehicle. The workers always found a resolution for me on those challenging occasions, therefore I will continue to be a returning customer. Big shoutout to Tim and Tyler on my recent rental! They are very respectful and helpful so I recommend their services for anyone who chooses this location. They are awesome and totally deserve the respect they give.

  10/10 stars. I was in a bind with my car being declared a total loss. Tyler the GOAT hooked me up with the cleanest Malibu in a matter of minutes. Bro was navigating everything from full phone lines to an overflow of customers, handling everything with the top notch customer service skills of a seasoned pro, attention to detail, friendliness, and the gracefulness of a falcon. A true BEAST in the car rental industry. Whatever Old Trolley Enterprises team is being paid, it isn’t enough. Contact Tyler for any car rental needs, he’s got the goods💪🤩#employeeofthemonth

  Did all the paperwork needed on line. Picked up the car we wanted was Spring break they we busy. Just had to sign 2 places walked out got the SUV with full tank of gas walked the vehicle for damages and was done in about 10 mins. Only place I will rent a vehicle!

  I rent from Enterprise all the time. I’ve never really had a bad experience up until now. I was traveling to New York for my daughter‘s 21st birthday from South Carolina as soon as I got to New York the car broke down. I missed out on several things that we had planned for my daughter due to the car not working and having to get towed and have somebody come out and jump the car. I end up having to leave the car where it was and ride with someone else after I paid for That car!! I didn’t have time to go switch it out!! They accommodated me very well. Gave me two free days which I really appreciated it however, I get back home and turn the car back in and never receive my deposit back. No one knows where it went. Talking about patience I gave them an entire week and now I still don’t have my money They’re telling me that they sent it back. I need to contact my card. My card issuer is telling me I need to contact the merchant. They never sent it and I’ve never had this much running around with Enterprise about receiving my money back it has been well over a week and no one has any answers and there’s just $688.87 gone not found on either end bc my card issuer told me enterprise has never released my funds here it is the first of the month and I have no answers and for that reason I’ll probably never rent a car with Enterprise again nor will I refer anyone to Enterprise! I’d hate for someone to have to experience everything that I just did.a total INCONVENIENCE! Victoria is awesome though!!
