- JLJer LindJul 27, 20262.0This was far from my best rental car experience. Had a reservation for an intermediate size sedan and they rented me a Nissan Versa, which is a subcompact car. I called and they didn’t offer to do anything about it. To top it off, the car was dirty on the inside.

I'd use them again since they're close by, but will shop around a bit first. Employees were great. Other than that I booked a luxury car for a 3-hour drive. I was given a Jeep Wrangler with a very questionable alignment...not something I wanted to take on a road trip. Additionally, I was charged for the luxury class vehicle. I sent a message and it's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything. I get that it's a small location with limited vehicles, but I'll be going with Hertz next time around. They have always upgraded me when they didn't have what I booked, not downgraded and still charged me for the more expensive vehicle.
