  I’ve been to this AutoZone countless times and have never had an issue—until I had to deal with Timothy W. From the very beginning he was dismissive and seemed uninterested in assisting anyone. The store was completely empty except for 2 employees, one of them being Timothy. I needed to swap out a part and he immediately tried to tell me the problem was just me (that I was wrong), which wasn’t the case. The app showed me they still had the part in stock, but they didn’t, and Timothy rudely walked away while I was talking to him. After I realized there was nothing they could do for me, I wanted to return the part for a refund. It took over 5 minutes (probably closer to 10) for Timothy to look up from the new task he moved on to and see that I was standing 5 feet in front of him waiting. When he finally did notice, he kept doing what he wanted, walking around the store, making me wait without saying a word. Timothy finally comes back and takes almost 10 more minutes just to figure out how to handle a return, still without talking to me. After all this, he starts to refund me on a gift card (which I can’t use to buy what I need since they don’t have it) and never told me that’s what he was doing. I asked why can’t I get a refund to my card and he told me it’s my fault that I don’t have the receipt… I always request emailed receipts, and the only barcode I got from autozone wasn’t working, which isn’t my problem. This employee wasted over 20 minutes of my time for absolutely nothing. Overall, this was one of my worst retail experiences. Timothy was rude, lazy, slow, clueless, he clearly didn’t care and he clearly didn’t want to be there. I think he should probably be removed from any customer service role.

  Helpful staff when there is someone available. However you will wait for someone if there's more than two people in the store. I'm sure it's a corporate thing. To maximize profits.

  The store manager (I think his name was Braelyn?) was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and helpful, not only with finding me the right battery, but installing it for me as well. Definitely will be returning.
