  Unique Audio is top notch! Jordan was very helpful throughout the whole process. The turnaround time was unbelievably fast and the work looked excellent. I will continue to bring my vehicles here time and time again.

  Well really hate to have to bad mouth a business. I bought a tool box bed cover with these company. After some time and the install warranty ran out I found out that the installation was done extremely poorly. When the tool box was delivered from Truck covers USA the lid was bent and water was getting inside the tool box. The cover comes with drain tubs for water that gets inside the tool box can drain out. Here the problem the drain tubs was installed but the installer didn't take the time to make sure the tub was installed where water would drain out. With this being done wrong I start inspecting the rest of the install and found out that the clamp that hold the cover on the bed of the truck wasn't tight so I did what any person would do I took the mounting brackets lose and installed them and made sure they was tight. After getting mad that I paid alot of money for this tool box cover and paid for it to be installed correctly I decided to take the truck back and explain to them what happened. Everything seemed to be going understanding with myself and the representative with Unique Auto. Was told that they was going to get in touch with Truck covers USA and would reach back out to me. Well after 5 weeks of waiting I decided to call Truck Cover USA myself and find out what's going on. I was told that Truck Cover USA told Unique Auto to reach back out to me and have me come in and adjust and install the cover correctly. Well I find out that Unique Auto tells Truck Cover USA that I had been adjusting on the lid and I was the one that shouldn't have done this. Well if the install would have been done correctly none of this would even have to be discussed. So here's my opinion on all this. If you buy anything from Unique and they install it make sure before you walk out the door that you take the time to make sure it was done correctly. With this being said if you do have a problem dont expect Unique to make it a priority to fix there screw up because they have already been paid and the time limit has went by. Not a good way to get a return customer or for a customer to recommend to do business with this company. Sad just Sad that this could have been taken care of by just keeping me in the know with what's going on. I get it you got new customers coming in thats going to be spending money with you and im coming in taking time away from you getting your new customers out the door so you can make money. Really appreciate you throwing me under the bus with Truck Cover USA and for reaching back out to me to fix your screw up in the first place. Now ive said my piece and definitely won't be back here to get a value stem cover.

  Kirsten was quick to get me a quote and the price was very reasonable for the quality of speakers and time to install. The quality is great and I’m so happy that I finally can listen to my music without a busted speaker. They were quicker than expected with the install and they were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future. 10/10 recommend

  Unique automotive specialist did an absolutely amazing jog on my Silverado. They installed a 6 inch BDS lift kit, replaced the upper and lower ball joints on my truck, installed a new grill/brush guard, and I received new pinnacle 5% window tint. The professionalism was amazing! They informed me every step of the way the progress of my truck and kept me up-to-date constantly. I can vouch for the owner personally as I have known him since the early 2000s when he first opened unique audio on Blackstock Road. Through the years, I have never, not one time seen him take advantage of anyone and I honestly cannot remember hearing any complaint about him or any of the jobs they do. Before you take your vehicle anywhere else, I would highly recommend checking in to unique first. These guys are very professional and very knowledgeable in what they do and I could not be happier. Charlie, and his staff at unique are top-notch in my opinion.
