  Update: I was contacted by the regional manager I who said they would make it right. In all fairness in this edit I did not give them the chance to look at it again after the last visit, we took it to Firestone and the mystery issue they needed a mechanic to diagnose was actually the front two tires failing in the exact same manner the back tire failed. But I guess there’s a reason the front two at Firestone cost almost as much as the set of 4 here. The kicker is when we got our tires here was asked them to get us good quality tires we specifically stated we will pay more for quality and do not want junk. Good tires are a safety issue for us. We have service vans and trucks that haul tools, parts and equipment constantly. A crappy tire could lead to a catastrophe. Nope. Done with the place. Was sending some of my company vehicles here but won’t anymore. We recently replaced tires on my company vehicles. A couple of months go by and my technician notices one of the tires feels weird while driving. He goes back and they confirm one of the tires is defective. Not a big deal, crap happens. The issue is even though the tire was under warranty we had to pay to have them dispose of that one and install the new one. We are in the commercial HVAC and appliance repair industry and I could never imagine a situation where a defective part would be installed on a repair and we would charge the customer to replace it and dispose of it. That’s ridiculous. After that, a week or so passes and the truck starts driving weird again. Our technician brings it back and they drive it to see what he’s talking about. They drive it, come back in and say they don’t see anything wrong. He tells them to drive it again because they should have felt it before they left the parking lot it was that bad. They check it again and tell him either the alignment or power steering is messed up and ask him to bring it back in the morning to get looked at. The shop was practically empty and there was staff standing around, there should have been no reason for us to have to return in the morning. I told my technician we will not be returning here. We’ll bring this vehicle somewhere else to get this issue resolved and moving forward all our maintenance will be handled elsewhere. Whoever runs this place needs to understand that people do not have time to waste running back and forth and that it’s not the customer’s responsibility to cover installation and disposal fees for defective products they sell and install.

  My car was running hot, so I stopped by for them to check it. I was told the "t hose" that connects the radiator hoses was leaking. They wanted to charge me $735 to fix it. I told them no, paid $155 for them checking it and left. They did put antifreeze in it before I left though. I told my son what they said and he bought the part for $10 and antifreeze for $23 at Advance Auto. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix it. I won't be going back.

  Run. I came here for a refill of my AC refrigerant. The cost was gonna be $450. They take my truck back in the analyze it and they come back and say they can’t do it unless I pay them $3259.15 I said no way so then they charged me $200 for the test to tell me it’s gonna cost me five times more than what they quoted me on the telephone before I drove to 30 miles down here. Tell you I would never ever again pull into a speedy nor would I let them change the oil or even check the air in my tires. run
