  Bought 2 new tires, one keeps going flat. Called and now I have brought it back twice to be looked at. They haven’t been able to take a look at it. Victoria was in today and made everything right. Got me in and out.

  Great service! We had a flat tire and were worried that we could not make our 70 mm IMAX showing of Christopher Nolan's Odyssey. We were dejected and deflated from our unfortunate situation but Vicky helped us out lickety split! She made sure that our new tire was in ship shape so we could make our showing! We certainly have a had our Odyssey going to the Odyssey. Thanks Vicky! Two thumbs up!👍👍

  We got a flat tire and brought it to Mavis Tires & Brakes, and they were able to replace it quickly and efficiently. The staff (Vicky) was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The replacement was done well, and we were back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend Mavis for their fast and friendly service!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They got me taken care of quickly and made sure I understood everything before I left. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes to anyone needing tire or brake service!

  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location!!! . The manager is not a great representative of leadership and is very ego driven instead of customer focused. My story: I purchased a full new set at a different location and within 50 miles(one Week from Purchase/install but this is our toy car and sits in our garage 95% of the time. We were preparing it for winter. We didn’t need a full set, just one, I just wanted to have a full new set for my wife), Anyway, I already had a low tire pressure light only a week after install. . Because this location was closest to me at the time , I went there and told the manager to fix it right away. He advised that I needed to schedule as he was booked. With the parking lot having 3 cars in it and all tech bay stalls empty, I knew it wasn’t true. Asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it. Instead, he invited me out of the building. After contacting their corporate office, they documented this event and had the regional contact me, Paul. Paul made immediate arrangements at his next closest location and understood my frustration but most importantly, was willing to stand behind the brand and service commitment to make it right. The east main st location was phenomenal. Mavis is a great company, in fact they are a major business partner of mine at multiple Locations to service our mutual customer. However, I advise everyone to stay far away from THIS location until they have new leadership for the store. If they choose not to, maybe they lose all business to business sales, but most importantly, the community.
