  I came in with a tire issue...thinking what now? I'm glad I did...the tire had a huge bubble on the inside wall that could have caused a major accident. Thankfully, the staff made it a pleasant and painless experience. Much appreciated!!

  The absolute best place to get tires, especially in a pinch! I called at 10:50 on a Monday morning for a tire that needed to be replaced and Alex made my appointment for 11am and we were out of the store by 12! They were super friendly and didn't mind my curious kiddos watching them replace the tire. We will definitely be back if/when we need tires again!

  The woman up front has great customer service (date of service 7/5/26). She handled the stress of people calling and people in front of her. I like they looked over my vehicle to see if there maybe other issues.

  Originally went in for an oil change/ brake inspection. While inspecting my brakes, it was determined that I did need back brake pads but also struts/ shocks also needed replaced. Logan, my mechanic, was very knowledgeable in showing and explaining to me the work that needed completed. My vehicle just crossed 100,000 miles and I am thankful that Logan caught these other issues that needed replaced. I would be remiss not mentioning Stephanie at the front desk. It was refreshing to work with her in determining parts and cost of work on my vehicle. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the process. Two great employees for Mavis!

  If I could give Charlie and his team a no star I would. Yup definitely deserved. Take my son’s 2012 GTI to have the tires changed aligned and balanced. My husband and son took the car there. Then Charlie called me for the bad news…. 3 nuts on the front drivers side tire were cross threaded and one on the front passenger side. It was going to be another $1400 when they break the hubs!!!!! I said hell no!!! Leave the tires on the way they are leaking air and all!!! My husband and son brought the car home and I looked at it knowing we have had these tires replaced before (rims and all actually due to pot holes!!). We turned around and took it to discount tire. Got there and the lovely gentleman grabbed a HAND wrench and was able to get EVERY LAST nut loosened just like that! Now I know you must be thinking he had to be Thor, but he wasn’t he was Jeremy. Just a guy actually doing his job. Blessing in disguise discount tire had better tires for cheaper and a much more pleasant experience!!!
