Jason and Nina were very quick & courteous to help me. They provided quotes to replace my tire but didn’t have the same type I had on my vehicle so I declined to have it replaced. They didn’t charge me to check my tire which had a nail in it. I would definitely recommend them if you need tires. Very professional service.

I would have been stuck in spartanburg for half the week and paid almost twice as much if id gone with the first place I took my car to. Luckily i called Mavis and spoke with a very helpful man who even came in on his day off to look at the car. The staff was all very kind, helpful, and explained things very well. Joey fixed everything up great and I had the car back the same day I took it in. Great experience overall and Im very grateful to them.

I would avoid this place and get any quote in writing before scheduling.
I was quoted a specific total price over the phone that explicitly included mounting, balancing, road hazard, fees, and taxes before scheduling an appointment. An employee called back from the location to confirm the appointment and confirmed that exact price again.
When I arrived to drop off the vehicle, the employee said the price was $50 more than quoted. The employee told me the price was likely wrong because the call center doesn't know anything about local taxes. When I asked to speak to a manager, the employee stated he was the manager. When I requested to speak to a regional or district manager, the employee refused to provide the contact information.
I told the employee I would not pay more than the confirmed quote and asked them to call corporate or their district manager themselves, which they refused to do. When I stated I would be contacting corporate myself, the employee told me to leave or they would call the police. I took photos of the facility and left.
Very disappointing experience, especially after the total price had been confirmed twice before I arrived.
