Blake and his team did a phenomenal job on my repairs. Although, the repairs were corrective from a prior location, he and his team valued the significance of my concern and immediately rectified it. Not only did he show great concern, he also worked directly with his team ON THE SHOP FLOOR alongside his team on my vehicle and assisted. Blake exemplified Great servant leadership and manifested empathy towards customer concerns.

Waste of time. Set an appointment for tire install and alignment. Get there 20 minutes early only to be told they can’t get to the alignment today I would have to come back another day. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t do the service the appointment is for? Guy was nice about it at the counter, but I can’t take off work early for an appointment they can’t stick to.

My windshield wiper fluid was out and my tire light came on. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid and fixed a nail in my tire for free. They also checked the air in my tires and filled them up for me. Thanks so much, made my day so much less stressful. Spencer helped me very much he did a great job at explaining the entire process to me.

I came in to have some tires mounted on my travel trailer rims. I had a 3pm appointment and arrived at 230pm. I was told it’d be about a hour. At 430pm I was informed that the tires can’t be mounted on the rims because they are to heavy duty and the rims are not wide enough well I knew that to be false as I have these same tires on another trailer of mine with the same rims. I had them dismount all the old tires and give me new valve stems and then took everything home. They did not charge me for anything and apologized for my inconvenience. I went home and used my flat tire bars and had all the new tires on the rims in less than a hour. The whole reason I wanted them to do it was to get them balanced which now I’ll have to take somewhere and get done another day.
