  THIS ASHEVILLE HIGHWAY IN SPARTANBURG Monday August 17, 2026 was my first time going in there and need to get it together. It was terrible they acted like they was frustrated. And I didn’t like the white girls tone that I talked to. It’s not the customers fault that it’s so disorganized and hectic for them. She said this so aggressively “Well you’re not in my system you just have to come back tomorrow” That was part of what she said when we first talked all of it was aggressive. Their manager needs to get on them about the way they talk to customers. I mean that was so unprofessional for a person going in for the first time

  People were cool. Car selection was great. Bringing the car back was my only issue. It was a nice car, and the people were super helpful. There were so many people there it took a little while to return the car. No big deal though I know everybody gets busy when it's nearing the end of the day. So they would still get a 5 star rating from me!! Thanks everyone that helped me get what I needed!! See ya again soon!

  What I liked about Enterprise was the online registration process, the online check in, and the quick and friendly customer service team. I would definitely recommend Enterprise for all your vehicle rental needs.

  I had the worst experience of my life today. My Father and I were discriminated by the female employee. She didn't rent us a car because she said my father's license we not valid and she didn't explan anything. We have always rented from enterprise in many different states and never had and issue. She gives us the most discrinating look and she also made a racial comment about this African American lady that was next to me. Not only did she do all this. But the worst part is that she racially profile My father , Myself and the African American lady. I find this disgusting.

  I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. I booked a rental weeks in advance at the Asheville highway location and Rachel left a voicemail the day before my trip saying they wouldn’t have a car available at my pick up time. I called to be left on hold for 15 minutes and told well you can come but you’re going to be waiting hours for an available vehicle. I asked what they could do to accommodate me, a different vehicle, different pick up location, can I pick up a day early??? Was told nope….ended up canceling my reservation. Zero customer service- I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
