Mother in law called ahead of time booked a reservation got told they had a car. Showed up to be told they won’t have one the entire weekend. Please change your process. Imagine if someone took their time to drive 30minutes there to be told “oh sorry can’t help you”. Do better.

They really came through with great service and a smile. They're always super busy but you'd never notice it in their mood. They always take care of each person with great care and smile. A big thanks to them for all their help.

I feel like I was just profiled by this place... had my appointment to pick up and payment information and ID ready and They told me I wasn't able to pay with a debit card because I needed a utility bill with my name and address on it EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR OWN PAPERWORK IT SAYS I CAN USE MY PHONE BILL OR OTHER DOCUMENTS WITH MY NAME AND Address, but they still demanded a utility bill. So instead of using my Debit Card, I tried using my wifes card and info and they flatout told me I couldn't do that For no reason!!! And I had other people tell me the didn't have to provide all that and just needed the ID and payment card. So I was definitely profiled by who ever that woman was. Screw Enterprise for making me waste Uber money and my time
