We purchased roadside assistance with our reservation and was never able to get anyone to contact us about the issue while we were out of town. We spent the entire trip and the 9 hour drive back with a broken signal. We returned the van to the closest location to avoid additional travel with a broken signal. We tried calling the Spartanburg location at least 10-15 times over the course of a week and no one will answer the phone. This branch is impossible to get through to. I tried calling the corporate office and am waiting for a call back.
