Reece and the team at enterprise on Blackstock Rd. were efficient, helpful, and extremely professional! In town for a church camp and had our van breakdown. In a major pinch Reece and the team came through when we really needed it with a deal that was both affordable and met our needs. On top of that- they went above and beyond to help us figure out the details to make our one way rental work. Highly recommend.

From the pickup from Caliber Collision in Duncan, Sc to the Sale of one of their cars at the Columbia lot. Every staff I encountered were truly amazing. Fast process and I loved my experience overall. Completely satisfied and every person that I encountered deserves top tier recognition and a raise. Truly happy with the rental being my car inspiration for my new car. Thank you so much. You guys ROCK!!!!

I had one of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had with Enterprise in Spartanburg, South Carolina. My truck broke down while I was traveling with my daughter, and we were stranded in a city we are not from. I called multiple Enterprise locations in Spartanburg trying to find a rental. I was passed around between locations, and two different places told me they had vehicles available. When I called one of them back, they suddenly said they did not have anything. I then had someone drive me to the location that said they had a car available. While we were driving there, I stayed on hold for about 20 minutes trying to confirm that they still had the vehicle they had already told me was available. Nobody ever answered the phone the entire drive. After arriving, I was still turned away. At the second location, the manager asked me, “Why didn’t you call first?” I explained that I did call first, I was told they had cars, and I was literally on hold the whole way there trying to confirm. Even when I arrived, they initially acted like vehicles were available before the situation changed again. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern for the fact that I was stranded with my daughter after a vehicle breakdown. I also spoke with the Enterprise commercial location in Spartanburg, and that experience was no better. I understand that a commercial location may not rent regular passenger cars, but the way the entire situation was handled was unprofessional. After dealing with three different Enterprise locations in Spartanburg in one day, my opinion is that these locations are poorly managed, poorly trained, and not customer-service focused. I own a company myself, and when something goes wrong, I do not blame the customer. I take responsibility and fix the problem. That is what good management does. The excuse I kept hearing was that they were understaffed. From my experience, the bigger issue was lack of training, lack of communication, and poor leadership. A customer should not be told a car is available, left on hold for 20 minutes while driving there, and then be treated like they did something wrong when they arrive. I rent from Enterprise regularly in Asheville and have had much better experiences there, but after this situation in Spartanburg, I do not want to rent from Enterprise again. I hope corporate reads this and takes a serious look at how these Spartanburg, SC locations are being operated, especially the management. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from Enterprise in Spartanburg.

I showed up at the Enterprise location in Spartanburg today with a reservation, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was traveling with my small children at the time, and after driving all the way there, the staff did not honor my reservation and sent me away without a vehicle. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely unconcerned about the situation they were putting my family in. I also called another Enterprise location nearby and had a very similar experience. While I was at this location, I even heard another customer complaining about the same kind of issues, which made it seem like this is not an isolated problem. This was at the Blackstone location in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and the manager was not helpful at all. Based on my experience, this location appears to be poorly managed, poorly organized, and lacking basic customer service. A reservation should mean something. Customers should not be told one thing, drive all the way there, and then be turned away — especially when traveling with children. I would not recommend this Enterprise location.

Horrible experience. I understand they were a bit busy, but the customer service from the gentleman that was a foreigner, was appalling. I couldn’t even get one sentence out without him cutting me off, extremely unprofessional and rude. I also understand policy and procedures, so he could’ve been a bit nicer about what he was saying to me instead of being a jerk. Some people just should not be working if they cannot handle a busy & chaotic atmosphere.
