- SBSerena BonitaSep 20, 20261.0We stopped using Enterprise after showing up more than once after reserving a car online just to be told they were out of stock. Such an inconvenience.
- TETylerInsane M.M.E Money Makeing EmpireSep 15, 20261.0Horrible customer service will not answer phone do not recommend
- RVRob ValencaSep 11, 20261.0Made a reservation and when I get there they tell me they are sold out. If your sold out then your system should stop accepting reservations!! Parking lot packed with cars and they are "sold out!" Having a car tomorrow doesn't help when you booked one for today! Again full lot of cars. I didn't even book an economy. It was a standard sized vehicle.
- GNGina NorrisSep 9, 20265.0They made the process very easy
- MMMonAug 29, 20261.0I'm constantly calling to get clarification on a booking and no one has answered the phone in 2 days?! There needs to be something done about this frivolousness.
