  I love this store they always have everything we need and Rob always does his best to help me out. He always very patient and takes time to find all my parts even if they have to order it.

  Yesterday we stopped in to buy some stuff to wash our car. There was so much to choose from but Rob was very knowledgeable and provided us so very solid choices, gave us his personal preference and let us know which items were on sale. After leaving I feel confident in the stuff i purchased. Will definitely stop by again.

  Couldn’t figure out if it was my starter, battery, or alternator so we came here to everything checked out on my son’s Honda Accord. Rob and Jonathan both took care of us and pointed out that it was indeed his battery going bad. Rob gave us an excellent price and explained the warranty and how to honor it and Jonathan did an incredible job installing the battery by cleaning off some corrosion left by our old battery and even applying some anti-corrosion kit thing that it’s sold with onto the new one! Everything looks great and is running great now too! Thanks guys, we always come here for this very reason.

  This store is the the worst Advance that I've been to. Very poor management and employees make things very difficult to return defective parts. In my case, I bought a defective cv axel, I paid for the labor at a shop to get it installed not knowing that the cv axel was defective. So after it was installed I drove home and my car was making noises coming from the cv axel. I took the car back to the shop and they checked everything to see if it was installed properly. And yes it was installed properly. They noticed the noises coming from the cv axel. They told me that the cv axel was defective. So I went to Advance to see if they would exchange the cv axel and pay for the extra labor, since it was not the shop's fault. The shop said ,since they would have to do everything again, that I would have to pay for the labor again. So, the manager Rob from this particular Advance said that he would replace the part but not pay for the extra labor. He said that this was kind of like a diy that I went and did it myself even though I had the receipt from shop. And that he would not pay for the extra labor. I wanted my car fixed for my safety. So I went back to the same Advance and the manager Rob himself ordered two cv axels from two different stores. Because, they didn't have it that day. The following day I went back to the store to pickup the replacement. When I got there , they only had one cv axel that the box was completely destroyed. I bought it anyway, but I was afraid that this part could be damaged because of the condition of the box. So I kept it with me, I did not take it to the shop to get it replaced. I still have it. As time went by I decided to go to Napa and get an cv axel from them .Which I am glad I did, much better part and quality. So I took it to the shop paid for the extra labor they took the defective axel out from Advance and placed it in Napa's box I took it back to Advance. When I get there I explained to the guy working there that I wanted my money back. This happened on July 9th around 6:00 pm. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt with me . And this guy gave me such a hard time making it impossible for me to get my money back. I left the store very upset. I will never buy anything else from this Advance and I will make sure that others know about this place so that they don't experience what I did. It's a shame that things are this way now. And managers and employees don't care for their customers.
