    We had a good experience here. I wanted to give a personal shout out to John! He was a great guy in helping us find a car. He tended to all our needs, listened to our concerns and he really took his time with us. Nothing felt rushed. We felt comfortable with him. Great customer service and light welcoming atmosphere!

    Just had a very bad experience, we had to leave our 2021 Kia Rio here for 3 days which then turned into an entire week just to simply get a diagnostic report. Specifically just for the passenger window because it wasn’t working so we assumed it was the motor. We had to pay for a rental and had to extend it for 4 more days simply for this report, to then be given an estimate how much potential repairs would cost which is crazily over priced(still no diagnostic done). We called on day 4 to check in on the progress of the diagnostic and the advisor we spoke too didn’t even have a clue about our vehicle even being there to get looked at. We plan on replacing the motor our selves so we just wanted them to bring the window back up so that it’d be closed, which also costed us an additional 300+$. So not only were we misinformed on how long it would take them to simply get us diagnostic report, we had to pay wayyy more for a rental then we intended, and then and extra 337.80 just for them to put the window back up. PLUS the amount it cost just to get the diagnostic report which was around 150$. Terrible experience, refund wanted!

    Went in today and Chris Beaulieu met us on the lot. Super friendly and transparent. I felt zero pressure, zero unnecessary sales tactics and he gave me space while looking. I would 100% without a doubt would use Chris again. I got what I wanted for my trade-in and military and Kia loyalty program discount. I think i got a fair deal especially with such a high demand vehicle like a Telluride. I was in and out in a few hours. If you want a low pressure experience high reward buying experience see Chris.

    I’ve been to this dealership before and, unfortunately, had to leave a poor review due to bad management and lack of communication. It’s been a few years since then, so when I needed recall work done, I decided to give them another chance—especially since the staff seemed completely different and much friendlier this time around. When I brought my car in, I also mentioned a persistent noise coming from underneath the vehicle that had been going on for over two years. They said they’d take a look. A few days later, I got a call saying my underbody was “heavily damaged” and that a full inspection would cost around $200, with the expectation that repairs could be expensive. Given how long the issue had been happening, I agreed to the inspection fee. After paying, I was then told it wasn’t a major issue after all—just a small piece of metal scraping underneath. I was relieved and picked up my car, thinking the problem was finally solved. However, the noise came back as soon as I got home. I called right away to let them know and asked whether I’d have to pay again to have it rechecked, and whether a road test had even been done after the “repair.” I was told they weren’t sure and would call me back. That call never came. Months went by, the noise never went away, and I never received any follow-up. I recognize that this is also on me for not calling them everyday until I got a follow-up, but I digress. Fast forward to recently: while cleaning out my car, I found a Gatorade bottle lodged under my seat. After removing it, the noise disappeared completely. I understand they wouldn’t necessarily check under the seats for something like that, but it does raise serious concerns. I paid well over $200 for an inspection and was told a random piece of metal was the issue, they even gave it to me as a keepsake—when in reality, the problem was never properly identified or resolved. It makes the whole experience feel careless at best, and misleading at worst. It’s disappointing to say that even after giving this dealership another chance, I’m left with the same frustration as before. Poor follow-through, questionable diagnostics, and a lack of accountability. I don’t feel confident that anything will be done to make this right.
