  Great experience. We had a shredded tire on a trailer due to hitting something on the hwy Friday night around 9pm. Jake was extremely helpful and went completely out of his way to take a couple trailer tires off of a trailer they had, came out and replaced it, fixed the fender and went above and beyond. He even said if we had any other issues to call him and he’d come right away. Thanks to him we got home safely, a little later than expected, but we were thankful.

  Best experience I have ever had with a tow company. They treated my collector car like it was their own.

  My Car was towed in by this company tired to pay to get my car back on a Friday night asked for directions wasn’t giving the correct address to the location finally found the location gave the company a call once I arrived I gave the company a call to let them know I wasn’t able to find the location the guy told me I was too hostile so I would have to pick it up the following day so I returned Saturday to pay the $600 to get my car back had to wait 8 hours to pay this company $600 I called the number several times about the Arrival time but kept getting told he would be on the way several times! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company very unprofessional! It was also another guy waiting to pick up his vehicle and he also had to sit a few hours to pick up his vehicle! This is not the company you want to pick up your car if it has to be towed in!!

  Jacob is fast and reliable. They are also very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company and use them again if I needed another tow.

  Customer service is very poor. Communication is non existent dang near. I literally have had the worst experience with this company. Car was towed to their location in simpsonville by county police for a traffic stop on Wednesday/Thursday I try to retrieve vehicle not even 24 hours the on that Thursday by 1pm was told they had no one at office that the person had a appointment and he was short staffed until Monday. So I asked if I could come in the morning if possible because I received a text at 4:54pm asking if I was still in the area which I wasn't due to having to be at work. They agree I can come in the morning but call at 830am and they will get me squared away. I called at 6:47am just to let them know I would still like to schedule the release of the car and was ready now if possible. I was told hold on they'll call me back because they are still understaffed. So I called again by 7:35am and they said to meet at 8:30am because technically they can't do anything until after 8:30. Well I did that and sat at the lot from 8:40am until 11am. Called multiple times. No response. They had already stopped responding to texts and calls by 9am it was like they were screening their calls. All they had to do was communicate to set up a time that best works for them and we could plan and move accordingly. Not play a phone tag cat and mouse game. They called at 1:30pm and ask if could meet in next 20 min. That 20 mins turned into 2.5 hours. Im not mad im frustrated because just communicate what's going on so I won't hinder you or bother you. I was left clueless of what was going on and eta. It wasn't until they finally arrive a little after 4pm and was explaining. The only plus was I was told they would honor the price of $319 due to not having anyone available to assist me, then they said they would drop the price by $47 more dollars which made the total $272 seeming I have now been waiting 2 days. That bargain was a pro out of all of this even tho I feel i still wasn't accommodated of my time loss and hindering others that I called and paid to assist with getting vehicle released but other than that they were highly unprofessional inconsistent and inconsiderate of others time and respect. No proper follow up courtesy call or anything was given. Furthermore I shouldn't have had to use different phones to try to contact them and they never contacted from the proper contact given to them per their instructions from day 1 of contact on the first attempt to retrieve the vehicle. Which was to text the number with name and what vehicle I am picking up. This has been a complete headache. I could post all the text threads from every phone I own and used to contact them and bold rapport but the inconsistency and lack of communication but tha wouldn't bring back my time or money spent. I hope they service others better than they did me today. But also enjoy your holiday with you and your families this weekend and I hope in near future we could possibly build a better relationship from this.
