  I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for the team at Mavis Tires in Simpsonville. What began as a frustrating car repair issue ultimately could have become a tragedy, and I genuinely believe the expertise and quick thinking of the team at Mavis in may have saved my family’s lives. I had recently had a repair completed in Columbia at another national chain, for which I’ve been a “member” for 15 years…. While driving to Greenville, I immediately noticed a vibration in my vehicle, so I stopped at that company’s Greenville location. They identified what they believed to be the problem: “a missing fender clip” and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, as I returned to Columbia, the situation became significantly worse. While leaving Greenville, I pulled over in Simpsonville, purely by necessity, on a Sunday afternoon, assuming most places would be closed, and called the original company to arrange a tow back to their Columbia location. While waiting for the tow, I decided to drive the short distance to Mavis Tires for a second opinion. I am incredibly thankful that I did. Almost immediately, one of their experts identified the real problem: my lug nuts were so loose that they could literally be turned by fingers alone. My wheels were dangerously close to coming off, and I was preparing to drive another 100 miles on the interstate with my family…. The previous company had missed this issue on multiple occasions. At multiple locations. The technician at Mavis immediately took action, secured the wheels, and even offered to let me record video of the repair so I would have documentation of what had happened. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help without taking advantage of a frightening situation meant more to me than I can adequately express. What truly amazed me was that they did not try to turn this into an expensive service-fee “opportunity”. They simply recognized a dangerous situation, fixed it, and helped get us safely back on the road. He even followed up with me by text afterward. Because of this experience, I am seriously considering driving the nearly 100 miles from Columbia to Simpsonville for future service, because finding people you can genuinely trust with your vehicle and your family’s safety is priceless. To the team at Mavis Tires in Simpsonville: thank you! - Your expertise, integrity, and quick thinking made an enormous difference for my family. I will never forget what you did for us. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.

  Mavis Tires are one of the best Auto shop to visit, for your car services, oil change ,tire rotation, brakes and what have you, affordable prices, Ask of Ryan and others.

  Great experience at Mavis Tires at the Simpsonville location. J is the man! He helped me change out 2 new tires on my truck as well as installing new brakes and rotors plus back plates to get me back on the road. Excellent service both visits.

  Got brakes ball bearings and brake line replaced. There was a serious crunching sound when driving after truck fixed. I went back to mavis and they had to fix ball bearings again. Still had a crunching sound went to another mechanic and ball bearings were messed up, seals messed up and washers for bearings were missing. I am not pleased with the mechanic service. On my truck.

  I went to the location in Simpsonville SC 26 Ray E Tally Court for an wheel alignment and replacement. I left my car because they stated it would take a few hours which was fine because I had to get back to work. When I went to pick up my car it was still in the same spot and tire was still flat. I spoke to the gentleman at the desk and I asked if they had worked on the 2002 Dodge Durango and he responded "well yeah because your paperwork is back here" after giving him my name. I paid 123 for the alignment, I made him aware that my car seemed untouched because it was in the same spot and my tire was still flat. Another gentleman came out with neck tattoos and stated that my car had been worked on and they do not have used tires only new. He looked in system and gave me a deal on a new tire for 115 which was greatly appreciated. They put my tire on but after leaving my car was still pulling and I told myself there was no way they done my alignment and I had already paid for the service. They were closed by time I got home so I went back today 7/25 and the guys recognized me from yesterday. I told them that it doesn't seem as though my car was worked on but the gentleman with a leg brace stated that it may be due to the new tire and he will get them to rotate my tires. After 20 mins of them pulling my car in they pulled it out and I heard a gentleman say that they were pulling it into the alignment line. My kids birthday party is today 4 hours away so that's why I went yesterday to get it done but I paid yesterday for an alignment that was not done. I went to the gentleman at the front desk and explained my situation and he told me that the guy with the beard that was working on my car was the manager and to speak with him about it once he was done. The guy with the beard pulled my car in the front and I asked to speak with him. I asked him if the alignment was not done yesterday and he stated that it wasn't. I told him that I paid for a service that wasn't even done yesterday and asked him what if I didn't have common sense enough to realize that something wasn't right and that the service could not have been completed like it was supposed to be. The beard gentleman stated that they may not have been able to find the correct specs so they couldn't do it and said, "well it's done now" and the handed the paper to the guy a front deskand walked off. They could have called me to get the correct info but instead they did not even work on my car and I paid for a service that was not even completed. My kids birthday is 4 hrs away so if I would have drove the distance anything could have happened and I would've been out 123 dollars because they charged for service that they didn't even complete. I wouldn't refer anyone to get any other services from this business other than tires.
