They said the new tires that they would put on would arrive later. I was there for 3 hours to change tires, an unreasonable amount of time if they told me the appointment was at 9 AM. I left at 12:25 PM.

Both have had to wait over two hours with little to no updates.

- MKMike KApr 26, 20265.0We were in from out of town and had a slow leak in our tire at night on a Saturday. We had a recent good experience getting tires balanced at a Mavis so decided to go here. Worried the tire would be flat in the morning, we left our car in the lot here. They have a box you can leave a request for service and keys in. First thing Sunday morning we called. They got our car in and found it was simply a loose valve stem. They tightened it, called to let us know and charged us nothing!! Very great experience all around. Will definitely use them in the future.
