  not pleased at all. Brought my daughters car in for 3 new tires because needed them plus the dashboard light was on for low tire pressure. Installed the 3 tires, never checked the air pressure on tire that wasnt replaced. I drive away and low tire pressure light was on. Installer has me pull up to air pump and puts in the pressure he thinks i need and i drive away. Well the light never went off and today i went to the gas station and checked all the tires. Every single tire, air pressure was low. What kind of a business installs 3 new tires, doesnt even put in the right air pressure and doesnt even check to make sure the other tires air pressure is correct. Wont ever go back. Horrible.

  I gave them a second chance, but unfortunately had another disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, checked in, and everything seemed fine. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was finally told they were about to start but would still need to wait for a service bay to become available. I understand that delays can happen, but having my time repeatedly overlooked is frustrating. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience, and unfortunately, I won’t be giving them a third chance.

  Dealership was closed so I had mavis repair the tire and they over torqued the lugs, over inflated the tire and bent my wheel. The steering wheel now shakes like crazy going down the road. I’m at the dealership now getting my repair estimate for my attorney as well as photos of the damage. Don’t be like me and save yourself from a headache and have work done to your vehicle professionally….. NOT by mavis.

  Horrible experience, I reached out to th manager on duty on 6-17-25 around 5:15pm to inquire about a $140 oil change that was done on a chrysler 300. He could not answer any questions about the grade or services and proceeded to hang the phone up because he could not articulate. Inquired as I felt that it was an experience oil change and becaue he could not use his professional words he defaulted hanging up. No worries no longer a customer I have bought several tires there and I decided to spend my hard earned money there and will definitely be ok spending it else where. Please teach professionalism, tact and communication skill to your team.

  Where to start. If you make an appointment expect them to send you 3 emails and then call you the day of to remind you. I mean really? People aren’t stupid, when an appointment is made I’ll be there, if not then move on, I thought very seriously of just not showing up because of how annoying the reminders were. They will inundate you with text messages before and after the appointment, word of advice, give them a bogus email and phone number. They work at the speed of sloth and charge premium prices. If I am paying that much I’d expect to be in and out quickly, no one wants to spend the better part of the day in a tire shop. You can tell the laborers are paid hourly and that’s probably the problem along with poor management. Management should set expectations. Don’t expect to be out of there for at least 1.5 hours. Never in my decades of having tires installed has it took as long as this place does. There was no excuse for taking as long as it did, literally no other customers there. Went here on a whim and will never return. The place gives you the used car dealer feel when you’re there. I think pricing is dictated by age and what kind of car you drive in with. I will stick to the small tire shops, they get you in, out and on your way in less than 30 minutes. None of the you need this and that for your car when in reality you need nothing but tires.
