  Was given a Free wash; fantastic little Zip's Only complaint: Forgot to fold my Fit's mirrors in - the brushes promptly folded them in for me; left a couple scratches, other than that my car is clean and I was able to use the vacuum

  Do not go here. They have always been open past 6:30 pm. I pull up and ask if they open. He motions me to come ahead so I go thru the wash then pull around to vacuum. It's 6:25pm. I'm handicap and I've unloaded all the things out of my car which included a rollalter. He saw me and came within 2 feet of my car and did not tell me in 30 seconds he was powering off the vacuum. I brought it to another employees attention and he said we're closed and I could not finish my vacuuming, I told him that is not right that they seen me and nobody said a word. Then he went over and told big guy. I had already put floor mats and everything back in my car when he comes over and wants to give me 5 minutes. I told him no because everything had been put back in my car. That is poor business and I'm very upset about it. They have never closed that early. I told him I will be canceling my membership

  Ashley is the best employee you could hire. She came over to the vacuums and wanted to help us (my husband uses 2 canes I use one) Then when we pulled up to get the car washed she was very patient with us explaining the difference between the car wash levels. IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULD GIVE HER A RAISE AND A PROMOTION

  Had a great experience at this car wash. Ashley was very friendly, efficient and detail oriented. My vehicle came out spotless and looked better than it has in a long time. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and provides great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you want your car taken care of in the right way. It's always nice to support a business where you can the the team genuinely cares about their customers and doing a good job.
