I went to another dealership prior to this and attempted to buy a new F250. The prior dealership did the old bat and switch on the advertised price of the truck. Then I went to Lake Keowee Ford and they did everything they said they would. I walked out with my new truck for the price they had online.

I had a great experience buying my new car from Lake Keowee. Craig and Abe were both excellent to work with.
After driving the same car since 2009, I was overdue for an upgrade. I truly appreciated how concise and direct Craig was regarding pricing in our email correspondence. I truly loved that I was able to review everything and ask questions to Craig. He responded quickly and ensured the buying process would be seamless. Since Craig was unable to be present on the day of purchase, Abe stepped in and made the process seamless. After one test drive and a ton of paperwork, I walked away with my new Jeep.
Thanks again for making buying a new vehicle so easy.

This was my first experience with the Lake Keowee Ford service department, and it will NOT be my last! They were courteous, knowledgeable and understanding about my problem with my Ford Escape. They worked me into their busy schedule, and I was in and out in less than an hour! I know it always doesn't go like this, and I understand why. But it was a breath of fresh air to experience this at a dealership service department. A special shout out to Shawna and all who work there! Thank you!

The vehicle purchasing experience was excellent, and the service staff was professional and communicated clearly throughout the visit. I appreciated being asked for approval before any additional work was done (showed me a picture of the cabin air filter and ac filter)
That said, the pricing for the service was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not justified. I have a prepaid maintenance package that is supposed to cover oil changes, yet after a basic oil change and air filter (ac and cabin) replacement (which I approved), the final cost was still $100 after applying the ppm credit.
For comparison, similar services elsewhere cost significantly less and usually include filters at no additional charge. The level of service here does not offset the substantial difference in price.
While the staff and service quality were great, the value simply isn’t there. Based on this experience, I would not recommend routine maintenance here and would recommend others carefully consider the cost before proceeding.
