  Bought MY new Dodge Ram at Lake Keowee and had THE BEST experience. This group has AHHHMAZING customer service!! David was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable but above those he was honest and straightforward with answers to my questions and concerns. Also want to give acknowledgment to the two associates at the Ford building. The young girl said she had just started when I asked about a tshirt and hat. She immediately went to ask and the gentleman from the back assisted with the hat. They were very friendly and genuinely nice!! KUDOS Lake Keowee for hiring folks with such character and integrity!! These people made my purchase absolutely memorable!!!

  Took my 2022 ram ecodiesel in on new years day when it blew a fuel return line off. They replaced it and while I was there to get it, it was throwing low oil pressure codes so they kept it another week to replace the oil cooler. They called me asking if I change my own oil (I do on all my vehicles) and I told them and asked why? Is it low? They said no we drained almost 14 qts. Then they drove it without testing the oil and it broke down. This was on January 16. On January 19 they called and said I put gas in it and it was contaminated. I proved with a receipt from the morning the line blew off that I put diesel in and no other reports were reported from the gas station. They kept arguing and wouldn't prove anything or do tests on it. I turned it in on insurance just to get it fixed cause I was tired of arguing. They wouldn't work with insurance so finally on March 20 I had it towed to another dealership where they had to replace the motor. All this to say i would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I'd go lower than one star if I could

  Don’t get service package and here is a list of why 1: a oil change with tire rotation (that they won’t do but will say they did) with a appointment takes over a hour I believe the fastest ive been out is a hour and a half. 2: the inspection? A complete a total joke needed brake pads and had a battery with a sticker from 2019 and a mountain of corrosion didn’t bother to say anything just said it was good. Now I know I should be checking this stuff but when I got an inspection last week I am a bit more comfortable letting things slide. So today I’m stuck in a parking lot after being in a dealership last week to get oil rotation and inspection. This simply comes down to laziness and pencil whipping reports, if they would have at least looked at my tires they would have seen the clear markings that showed I’d be looking to see if they actually rotated them. I’ve called multiple times to try and resolve one on one instead of a review but I’m met with he’s not in he’s busy or what’s your name and number he will call you back to absolute no avail. My family has bought 4 cars in the past year from here and it makes it very hard to consider going back to a great sales team when the service team is complete and total trash. Back to the good ole front yard oil changes once the service package is removed from my financing. DONT GET SERVICE PACKAGE get service anywhere else but here To the smart response maybe READ IVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES

  Buyer Beware: Sold a Ram 4500 Missing Its Standard 52-Gallon Fuel Tank I purchased a brand new Ram 4500 from this dealership and five weeks after taking delivery, I discovered the truck was missing its standard 52-gallon rear-mounted fuel tank. The only tank on the vehicle is the optional 22-gallon midship tank — an add-on that Ram sells as a supplemental upgrade, not a replacement for the standard tank. To be clear about what Ram's own published specifications state: every Ram 4500 Chassis Cab comes standard with a 52-gallon rear-mounted fuel tank. The 22-gallon midship tank is an available option that can be added alongside the standard tank to bring total capacity to 74 gallons. Ram does not manufacture or sell the 4500 with a 22-gallon tank as the sole fuel source. This is documented in Stellantis' own buyer's guides and on ramtrucks.com. When I raised this issue with the dealership, the owner told me that the 22-gallon midship tank was installed "instead of" the standard 52-gallon tank — as if this were some kind of upgrade or equivalent swap. That directly contradicts the manufacturer's published specifications. A 22-gallon tank is not a substitute for a 52-gallon tank. It is a 30-gallon reduction in fuel capacity from what the vehicle is supposed to come with, which significantly limits the truck's operating range and undermines the reason a commercial-grade chassis cab is purchased in the first place. The dealership has refused to resolve the issue despite being presented with the facts. I have since verified the vehicle's factory build sheet and original window sticker through Ram's own VIN lookup tools, and I am in the process of escalating this matter to Ram Corporate / Stellantis, the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, and NHTSA. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to independently verify the factory build sheet and window sticker for any vehicle before signing — and physically inspect that every piece of standard equipment listed is actually present on the truck. Do not rely solely on what you are told at the point of sale.
