  This dealership is horrible. Bought a truck and it was being worked on more than what I had it and they wouldn’t help me at all with a rental or anything. Even after talking to the owner he pretty much made it seem like it was my fault. They only care about getting cars out the door and that’s it. All I wanted was for them to make it right and take the truck that they sold me back. They tell you that they inspect them but I would begin to wonder other wise. The owner is just money hungry

  Avoid this place like the plague, the shop is terrible, communication is impossible, they’ll damage your vehicle then tell you it’s a one day repair right before they ship your vehicle off to a random body shop and it’s forgotten on a back lot for weeks. My truck was damaged from their lift and I haven’t seen my own vehicle now for almost 3 weeks and no one has any idea when it’ll be fixed or when I’ll get it back. WORST SERVICE EVER

  My husband dropped his vehicle off, needing an oil change, tire rotation, and some factory recalls. Jason Ensley took amazing care of us! Everything was performed in the timeframe needed, he truly went above and beyond for us. I recommend Lake Keowee to anyone looking for vehicle service!

  I had an absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing my new 2026 Ram 2500 from Keowee Dodge! From the moment I walked in, the entire process was super easy and incredibly fast. My sales representative, Lyndon, was fantastic to work with. He was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The absolute best part of the experience was that the whole process was completely pressure-free. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision, which made buying this truck an absolute pleasure. If you are looking for a seamless, hassle-free vehicle purchase, I highly recommend checking out Keowee Dodge and asking for Lyndon.   I had a very positive experience with the Service and Sales department at this dealership. I purchased my truck in 2020, so I cannot remember the names of the sales team that helped me, but it was my first new vehicle purchase and they were very professional, helpful and fair. I just utilized the service department for some maintenance items and warranty work. My service rep was Jason, and he was extremely professional and communicative throughout the process. The prices were fair, relative to other dealers in the area, and the warranty work was hassle free, which has NOT been my experience with other dealers in the upstate of South Carolina. I am glad I decided to purchase my vehicle and get service work done here, I will utilize them in the future and recommend this dealership.
