  I booked a vehicle through Clemson University’s vendor system for an official 5-day university trip. Unfortunately, my experience at this Enterprise branch was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, several customers (4 ppl) were already waiting and said they had been there for 2–3 hours. The employee working at the branch was speaking rudely to those customers. When I asked about my reserved vehicle, I was told I might have to wait about an hour. After waiting, I asked again whether I would receive a vehicle that day, and I was told they were expecting some vehicles to be returned and would call me. Later, they never called me, so I tried calling the branch multiple times and had to wait around 20–25 minutes on the phone to get an answer. Since I still had no update, I returned to the branch at about 5:40 PM, shortly before they closed at 6:00 PM. When I politely asked whether I would receive a vehicle that day because I had an official meeting and had reserved it through the university, the employee (guy) again responded rudely, saying, “I have 20 more minutes to respond to your questions.” Then I asked again for clarification on the situation. He then said they were still expecting vehicles and would let me know before 6:00 PM. This situation caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty for an official university trip. I understand that vehicle availability can sometimes be difficult, but the lack of communication, rude customer service, and failure to provide a reserved vehicle were unacceptable. In addition, Enterprise placed a $503.73 hold on my credit card for the entire day, and at the time I am writing this review, that hold is still pending. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, especially for a reservation made. I hope Enterprise improves communication, staffing, and professionalism at this location.

  I should have read the reviews. I rented a luxury car, and they were kind enough to try to upgrade me Into a Mazda for no extra charge. When I got to the car, the gentleman said there was a quarter of a tank in there, but it was an eighth of a tank. The first place I had to go was to a gas station and spent $50 after they took a $300 deposit on a POS car. It is not comfortable. Then I have to play the guessing game on the way back so I can return it on an empty tank, Just so enterprise gets to keep whatever extra gas I’ve put in it. Don’t do it. Save yourself the aggravation. The gentleman at the counter was nice, but this is a crappy experience, and I haven’t even had the car for an hour. I’ve been on the phone waiting for somebody to speak to me, but they were nice enough to leave me on hold for 40 minutes until the location was closed. Let me stress again, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND RENT ELSEWHERE!!!

  I've rented from Enterprise in Seneca several times, and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and the cars are always clean and in great condition. Highly recommend this location!

  The crew at the Seneca office are awesome. I have rented a few times from them for local day trips to week long vacations. The cars and vans have always been very clean and reliable. The service has alway been great.

  I scheduled an rental from Monday to Wednesday. I was provided a toyota corolla with 55K miles on it. I smelled of smoke, the seats had stains on them, the carpet on the driver side had a significant hole in it. It was more like "rent a wreck". The staff was nice enough but this car was horrible. I generally rent from National which is owned by the same company. Much better experience with them.
