  You made all your parking, Prime parking spots. Truck drivers should have free parking we have it hard enough out here on the road.

  I would have never stopped here had I known they charge a $151 deposit when you pump gas. I received a $151 charge after I pumped $28 of gas. I called them and they said it’s a $151 deposit hold. There is absolutely no reason a gas station should charge $151 deposit for using a credit card to pump gas! No other gas station i have used charges a deposit hold. I’m complaining to the Better Business Bureau. It has been 4 business days and the charge is still on my credit card account. I went to my bank and filled out a dispute form. See ya Pilot! I’ll never go back to any Pilot gas station again and will always pay cash for fuel at the next gas station I use. I received an email from a Pilot attorney telling me my bank is responsible for this $151 fee. When I call Truist bank, Truist tells me Pilot is responsible for the fee. Either way, this is a problem Pilot needs to fix. The charge on my credit card says Pilot gas station in Saint George, SC. The credit card charge does not say "Truist Deposit Hold." So how is this my bank's fault when they never charge me deposit holds at Chevron, Sheetz, Racetrack, Exxon-Mobil, or Love's fuel station? It is very strange that Pilot is the only gas station incurring this $151 deposit fee. Pilot needs to change its payment processor or just decline the transaction if it charges a $151 deposit. This is deceptive and costs me interest on my credit card, which I'm currently accruing.

This location is perfectly set up for both truckers and everyday travelers, with easy access, plenty of parking, and a smooth flow in and out. You can tell right away this place is well-managed. The bathrooms were spotless, and that’s always a huge win on the road. Showers were clean, fresh, and well-maintained—definitely a place you can count on to reset and recharge. Inside, there’s a great variety of food, drinks, and hot options, making it easy to grab something quick or sit and take a break. Everything was stocked and organized. What really makes this location stand out is the friendly, hardworking staff—they keep things moving and maintain a welcoming atmosphere even during busy times. This is truly a home away from home for drivers and travelers. Whether you’re fueling up or just taking a break, this Pilot is one you’ll want to remember.
