  Installation tech was the friendliest! Loved having him come out to repair the car while my wife had to work from home and we didn’t have to bring our three kids into the repair shop.

  You never want a cracked windshield, but the people at Safelite in Spartanburg turn it into a good thing. They got me the OWM windshield my truck needed!

  The technician called to let me know when he was arriving. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. He completed the service in under an hour. It was fascinating to watch. My questions were answered respectfully.

  It was easy to schedule an appointment, and they came to me to fix my windshield but I wish they would’ve sent more than one guy to have made it easier on him and do it would have gone a little faster. It was hard work for one powers to do all by themself. However, my insurance paid for the basic service, which was outstandingly done by that one person. Do not waste your time and money on their windshield wipers though! They charge an extra $65 to get that service and you can buy better ones on Amazon that last the same amount of time! The extra service isn’t worth the money they want for it. The service is great, but be prepared for a 2 hour time once they get there!

  Michael (the service technician) arrived when he said he would, called before he came & did a magnificent job! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. I wasn’t sure about using a big company instead of a small local shop, but Michael sealed the deal for me! I hope I don’t need them in the future, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call!
