  The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience than what I received. From start to finish, the entire process was extremely easy. I Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

  Had my windshield replaced here and it was one of the most pleasant auto repair experiences I have ever had. They were easy to work with, efficent, professional and did a great job and I highly recommend them.

  The first technician I got, put the wrong windshield on and I had to drive my car without it being recalibrated until the second technician was able to come fix it a few days later. The second technician was phenomenal, communicated well, updated me and explained everything thoroughly. He also was very quick to finish. I give him all 5 stars!

  They claimed they could not replace our windshield after driving nearly an hour to drop it off and then leaving it for several hours because there were "safety codes" they could not clear during the prescan safety check... But then refused to tell us what the codes were. It seems to me they could at least give us a code number or some reference as to what the issue was so we could address the issue with the car dealership when we bring it in. It makes me think they just don't have the time or expertise to replace the windshield and are making up excuses. What a waste of time as we then had to drive nearly an hour each direction to pick up the car without them even attempting to replace the windshield.
