  It is with great pleasure to inform the public that I was well pleased with the work done by Safelite. The staff was respectful, and friendly. Although I was given a window of 2-3 hours for repairs, it only took 1 hour. However, I can’t speak for on a busy day, but they did the job in within a hour. Thank you Safelite for a job well done 😊

  Today is Tuesday, October 13th and I just left Safelite here in Roebuck after having my windshield repaired. Last Friday I stopped by to see if it could be repaired. I have unfortunately had to replace 3 or 4 windshields over the past several years due to rocks damaging it. So I was afraid I would have to replace it once again. Their technician Ted came out and looked at it and quickly gave me great news. He said it could be repaired and while doing so they smooth outba very small nick I received a year ago that never cracked. I couldn't get back until today and they gave the job to Ted and he had it fully repaired in lightning speed so to speak. Excellent job and no sign of any previous crack. Now let me make a few valid points. If I had taken this somewhere other than Safelite chances are very high that they would have lied and replaced the windshield. Ted was honest with me and actually answered some questions I had about the resilence of windshields in general. He took time answering all of my questions and did an outstanding job along with the fact he has excellent customer service skills. I have never used any other company other than Safelite and neither will I use anyone else. Every experience I have ever had at this location has been outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The receptionist is also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you have any glass needs do not go anywhere else. Go to Safelite and if your close to this location go to this location and let this awesome staff take care of your needs and you will be glad you did.

  I called on Sunday and was booked for Tuesday. Tuesday the tech contacted me via text stating I was his fifth appointment for the day. Appointment was from 12-5, he never showed up, He contacted me after I texted him at 4:30, and told me that his manager had told him to come to the shop. I asked to be placed 1st on the list for Wednesday since they couldn’t fulfill their original appointment, and I was told that a manager would call me. By 9 a.m. I hadn’t recited a call so I called them, and the AI said that they had rescheduled me for Thursday from 12-5, I hadn’t recited already used a vacation day for Tuesday, and was not happy that they just rescheduled me without my consent. I felt like I should have taken precedence over ant appointments on Wednesday since they missed my original appointment. So I was scheduled for Thursday from 7-9 a.m. after speaking with manager and my guy got here around 9:45. He did a great job, and was cool. It’s not his fault they run a bad operation.

  Had a rock hit our windshield and submitted through our insurance. Was scheduled for 10/7. Received a call saying the replacement hadn't come in yet, so they asked to reschedule for Friday 10/9. I said how about Saturday 10/10 to give them more time. All was good. Got a message on 10/9 saying they were not doing mobile replacements due to the hurricane, but I could bring it in a 1pm today on 10/10. Then last night I get a call saying it still hasn't come in and they rescheduled it to 10/14, after I told them repeatedly the car would not be in the state. Have to drive to Virginia. It has been over a week since It was submitted to insurance and the original appointment set up the same day. Very frustrating and it is still not repaired.

  The installer was very professional, very courteous, took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and took the time to speak with me and make sure I was satisfied with every detail made recommendations about my wiper blades, which really need to be changed so yes, very good work would recommend to anyone they came to me. I did not have to go into a facility or anything so yes, great experience.
