  Bree was so helpful on my visit very kind and soft talking. I was hesitant to get a wash that had tire shine because the last wash I went to it slung it alllll over my vehicle. She assured me that this location doesn’t have that issue and explained the other options as well. I ended up doing the $24 wash and was VERY pleased with my experience.

  This car wash is terrible… vacuums barely work. The car wash mediocre nothing amazing Smh It’s not worth it.

  I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the car wash itself does a great job—my car always comes out very clean. I accidentally left my key inside my car, and George immediately offered to help by driving me back home to get my key since I live nearby on Celanese, instead of letting me walk. That was incredibly kind and above-and-beyond service. Thank you so much, Sir George, for your help and excellent customer service!

George, the manager, is the definition of leadership and professionalism. His patience is unmatched, especially during the busy post-winter rush. He doesn’t just manage — he serves. He goes above and beyond in ways you don’t see anymore. He takes the time to make sure every customer feels valued, heard, and completely satisfied. That level of care is rare. And then there’s Tevin Culp — truly an exceptional attendant. You can tell immediately that he takes immense pride in his position. His attention to detail, humility, and respectful demeanor set him apart. He treats every vehicle like it’s his own and every customer with genuine kindness. In an age where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, Tevin brings heart back into the experience. The Cherry Road location doesn’t just wash cars — they deliver excellence, integrity, and top-tier service every single time.
