  This service was very thoughtful, friendly they made and offer the recommendation that was need for car without any high pressure sales, would highly recommend them especially if you have an older model vehicle.

  Went for oil change with special for customer appreciation day. Was very clear that was all I wanted or needed. Repeated this more than once. Tried to sell me on radiator/coolant flush, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. All of these were done by my mechanic less than 6 months ago. I told the tech I do not appreciate being upsold. I don't know if they are not accustomed to people who maintain and or know maintenance history or are just desperate to make $$. I told them I will not be back. The special is a lure to get you in and upset. What should have been 10 minutes turned into a half hour or more. Just sleazy condescending and disrespectful. They either want to do what is easy for them and overcharge or a high priced service.

  This location is superior to any other places I've visited. Even though I am surrounded by oil change and service locations, I purposely drive 14 miles to this location because of expertise, service and professionalism.
