  Solid service with a few details to improve I come here regularly since I change oil about once a month, and overall the experience has been consistent and reliable. The team knows what they’re doing and there were no issues with the oil change itself. One thing I really appreciated — they measured the oil level properly and used a funnel with markings to get it exactly where it should be. That’s attention to detail, and not every place does it right. They also did a quick check of lights and turn signals, which was a nice extra. However, there are a few things that should be improved: * When removing the oil filter, they didn’t have the proper tool and had to use improvised methods * After the oil change, some spilled oil was left uncleaned under the hood (I’ll attach photos) * The biggest issue for me — the hood was slammed shut very hard. This is something that should be handled carefully, especially with a customer’s vehicle To be fair, there are no leaks underneath the car, and technically the job was done correctly. But these small details matter, especially if you care about your vehicle. Overall: good service, but attention to cleanliness and handling could be better. I’ll keep coming, but I hope these points are taken seriously.

  I have several disabilities that make it difficult to get out and get my car serviced on time. This was apparently a problem for Charles. The last time I got my car serviced was Nov 2025 at this Valvoline. Around February my car started making a knocking sound underneath the car. A few illnesses plus a hospital visit really set me back from getting the issue looked at but today I took it to a mechanic who found that the last person to change my oil (Nov 2025) left a ‘magnet tray’(???) on my car’s control arm. The magnet got caught between the arm and the body of my car and was getting crushed. They called Valvoline for me and were told that I could come up to the shop and they’d take care of me. When I got there Anthony offered me a $25 off coupon and I admit I was doing some negotiating since that’s something you can get on the website. So then he offered me $40 off to which I said, “okay sounds good!” I was sitting in my car when Charles appeared next to my door to explain that the people who worked on my car no longer worked there. And he the said that I must have gotten my car taken care of somewhere between now and November (I hadn’t). He then said that they really only see 70/80 year olds leaving their car this long between oil changes and said I looked fine so it didn’t make sense. I was livid and I saw red. This man who does not know me is interrogating me and judging me for not getting my oil changed which isn’t even relevant to the main problem which is a huge magnet had been getting crunched under my car for MONTHS. After all that they did give me this note on my receipt good for a discount. I still called the customer care center to let them know. I have seen other reviews about Charles. All in all I was not impressed and he really seemed to think I should be. I will never come back here again.
