- ABAmy Blair2 days ago3.0Was quick and easy to set up. Technician was friendly. However, I noticed two small scratches on my windshield after technician left (within 5 minutes) texted and called technician with no response. Still have not heard from Safelite other than asking for survey.

The waiting room is nice... but not built for a 3 hour stay. There was coffee and water, that was greatly appreciated. Requests for updates or checking on the status of the progress were met with aggravation or as an imposition, especially as time passed.
