  This Technician whipped in front of me then decided to pace the other vehicles, do you not teach your technicians they are in a moving billboard , this guy needs to learn road etiquette, I was in my way home and got stuck behind him, so he earned you a one star. When I have a need and I am sure I will I will be calling Quacked Glass, they are polite when they are on the road

  Very thorough and professional agent and technician. The tech wa friendly and kept me informed about what he had done and what I needed to do (or not do) regarding the new windshield installation.

  Although it took 3 tries to get the right windshield, it was well worth the weight all work was done professionally the gentleman that did it was very humorous and easy to talk to had our work done in no time

  Safelite is a Safe choice! Kyson there technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the windshield process and did a fantastic job! Safelite Rockhill you got yourself a good one there, give the man his flowers aka some extra dollars you don’t wanna lose him! Thanks again Safelite, until next time!

  Three times to complete a windshield. The first trip the tech brings a defective windshield and asks if I want it installed. (Um, no buddy) The second trip the tech comes to my home and swaps in a non-oem windshield that DOES NOT WORK with any of the safety features (ACC, Collision avoidance, traffic assist, etc) and leaves me with “promise to resolve”, including replacing the plastic technology covers in the vehicle that he broke and tried to hide when he left (not cool Bennie) which has me using another day off to go to their Rock Hill location so they can swap the correct OEM windshield in and install the replacement broken covers. Well, surprise, surprise. They never bothered to order the pieces that Bennie broke. Possibly because he never told them. So now, I’m driving around with wires hanging from my windshield where the technology covers should be. Customer service cannot get the shop on the phone so they email (Adam Ferguson, I think) to resolve this. This is consuming more time than it should. I’ve received no follow up contact. Communication with Safelite is not meeting any customer service standards that would cause a reasonable person to do future business with them. I’m sure opinions vary. If your time (which is life and income) is valuable, you may wish to consider a different branch or provider. My experience has not been good and has wasted time and effort that I can’t recover. Adam, you and your guys just need to communicate better. Leaving a customer with an unfinished job and no update on when you’ll make good is bad for business and reputation. It has now been another week.
