- SSSHOPPERJun 14, 20261.0I can’t believe how the clerk reacted when I informed him there’s a problem with pump #9! Here I am with a leg, a foot, a $100 dress, and $150 pair of shoes splashed with gasoline because the pump didn’t automatically stop. It just kept flowing even though the tank was full. There was no sign indicating it wouldn’t stop automatically, and the receipt was blank. His response? “Okay, It’s been doing that. I’ll make a call” and then turned away to wait on another customer who came in after me. I didn’t get a receipt. I also bought 2 egg rolls which were hard as a brick, and he didn’t give me a receipt for those either. I’d share his name, but his name tag had been written with a marker and his name was faded and smeared. Unbelievable that they have apparently known this pump has been doing that, yet have not hung an Out of Order sign on it. My car now smells like gas because I smell like gas (along with my shoe and dress). No apologies either. Attached is the puddle of gas that leaked out (where I was standing when pumping the gas) and the gas receipt I was given. He didn’t even offer to give me a receipt when I pointed out it was blank. Again, his concern was on other people instead of this woman covered in gas who just paid for a full tank. ETA: Have you noticed how the owners/manager comes on here to say thank you to the high reviews, but the low reviews are ignored? That says even more about this place.

It is very frustrating to look forward to something from QT only for it to not work or tastes spoiled when it is working which
