The staff were very polite and helpful, and they were very helpful in parking my truck. The shower was very clean and looked like it was newly installed. It's a great place to relax, I highly recommend it. 😊😊👍🏻😎

Date of Visit: August 4, 2026, around 5:30 PM Today my family experienced one of the most humiliating customer service experiences we have ever had at the One9 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I was with my intellectually disabled niece, her 3-year-old daughter, and my autistic adult daughter, who also has ADHD. We live about an hour away and often stop at this location when we have doctor's appointments in Rock Hill. Instead of driving straight home, we usually buy drinks and snacks, use the restroom, sit outside in the shade, and sometimes browse items we plan to purchase on future visits. We have always paid for our purchases. On this visit, my niece and daughter had already purchased several items, including three phone chargers. They went back inside only to change the baby. A few minutes later, they called me upset because they had been told our family was banned from the store. When I went inside to ask why, the clerk refused to explain the reason and repeatedly threatened to call the police if we did not leave. I politely asked who made the decision and requested a name so I could understand what had happened, but she refused. After a lengthy conversation, a manager finally told me they had contacted someone named Barbara, who decided to ban us. The manager also told me that we "looked suspicious" because we come into the store, browse, and they "can't keep an eye on the store and watch to make sure we don't take their merchandise." I asked the manager when we had ever left the store without paying for anything. She could not identify a single time. I also asked if my niece and daughter had paid for the items they purchased that very day, including three phone chargers. She acknowledged that they had. Being judged by appearance and assumptions instead of our actions was incredibly hurtful. We have been repeat customers who spent our money at this store, never left without paying, and never caused any problems. Instead of being treated like valued customers, we were treated like criminals without any evidence that we had done anything wrong. As someone who cares for family members with disabilities, this experience was especially heartbreaking. We were simply stopping between medical appointments to shop, eat, and spend our money like any other customers. One9 has made it clear that our family is not welcome. I will respect that decision and will no longer spend my money there. I hope the company takes a hard look at how customers are treated and realizes that browsing a store is not a crime, and looking "suspicious" is not a fair reason to ban paying customers.⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)
