  Jakeb and Mike were excellent!!!! They provided excellently clear and understandable diagnosis. The guys in the shop were very focused on providing excellent quality of work and care. I will be recommending this shop to all of my friends from now on!!!! P.S there prices are very competitive, so that’s always a plus.

  Duff and his whole team are amazing! Very friendly and go out of thier way to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner and done perfectly! I recommend this shop and Duff specifically to anyone who needs car work!

  Went to the cherry road location for two new front tires. Unfortunately they put my bent rim on one of the new tires (bent rim was my spare in the back of my car). Took it over to the Celanese location and they made sure to make it right. These guys rock!

  Absolutely worst experience I've ever had first they wrecked my only car I'm a mother of two kids this was my only way back and forth to work . Then they blew the moter in my car they said the young man driving was his first day and shouldn't been driving so the pictures are after they apparently fixed the front end was ripped off . I agreed as long as it was fixed they gave a free oil change and half off alignment and discount on tires . I brought it back a few days later because the fender was trapped under my tire there FIx was to cut it off two days later I was pulled over because all my headlights and turn signals were out there still not fixed I brought it to do the oil change and alignment they did the oil change but alignment machine was broken so I brought it back the following Monday they did the alignment my car car started smoking so I put a fuel injection cleaner in it on my way to work 15 days later my oil light came on checked the oil there was no oil I put 4 quarts in took it back up there while I set in the lobby I hear Mike yell who did this oil change on this car then he asks me to walk out there when I did he told me there was no way I put 4 quarts of oil in my car then he decided to do another oil change and told me to bring it back the next day so I did he checked the oil said it was fine on my way home my car losses power and starts smoking I didn't make it home I went to my sister were Mike came out a week later to make sure nothing was tampered with then after my boss called I found out he was talking about my car being dirty .that has nothing to do with how it drives .Anyways if I drive the car it will blow up I had a local mechanic to look at it . PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I HAVE BEEN NICE THIS WHOLE TIME BUT THEY DONT CARE ,NO NEED TO SEND A POST SAYING YOUR SORRY PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NUMBER IM PAST THAT NOW I WILL PROCEED WITH SEEING WHAT IS NEEDED FOR LEGAL ACTION And Local News station !!!! If something changes I will update and change my review I also have vedio of before and after all paperwork and recordings if anyone would like proof . I was told so many different things but never once did they take responsibility for what they did thankfully I have a great boss who has helped me Update I spoke with Tony who was very nice my car is going to be towed to a local shop to see what happened thank you Tony for taking the time to listen I will update daily and let everyone if this was made right Update In a attempt to make this right this is truly what I thought happened my car didn't have any issues until after the oil change,but from my understanding the mechanic Chris called today and said it was my cat. Converters stopped up and bad spark plugs . So I wanted I wanted to apologize for saying my moter was blown . I try very hard to be very specific with things like this but I will pick my car up tomorrow and see how it is also in my first post after reading this I realize I made Mike sound like a bad person that was never my intention he was the only one who took the time to listen and explain things to me even having a family emergency he still took the time to help thank you Mike Tony and Chris .

  Originally was not going to leave a review but am hoping to help others by leaving one: I originally had my tires replaced here earlier this year. Everything went fine and didn’t take long, was happy with the service so felt like I could trust these people with future issues. Huge mistake. I came in to have some codes ran on my car for a check engine light on. Originally, they could not tell me the exact issue and said my car needed “fuel cycling” , which would only take an hour, and I would be good to go. 2 hours went by with little to no communication. The third hour I finally asked them what was going on- and they told me they were waiting to replace the o ring on my oil cap and “leaking oil” they encountered on the engine during the test drive. This was not an issue when I originally came in. After 4-5 hours, I was finally good to leave. I’m 10-15 minutes down the road and had to pull over because the engine was smoking & check engine light came back on. I popped the hood and oil is spilling out all over the engine, smoking like crazy. This had never happened before taking my car to Mavis. I called them explaining what happened and was told there was nothing they could do unless I brought the car back- which I didn’t feel safe driving- and they say I’d have to pay for any further repairs and tows (even though this was their fault.) My brother (a mechanic) called and talked to them, they admit they made a mistake, and agreed to fix what they messed up. We had the car towed back to Mavis- they had it for about 3-4 days “fixing” what they messed up. They called us on the final day and said the original issue that should have been fixed from day 1 was going to cost atleast $1300, and the car was now undriveable. Absolutely not. Had my car towed back from Mavis to home to be fixed by family (which I should have done to begin with) and we were able to fix it at about 1/4 of the quoted cost with brand new parts. Also the “o ring” they claimed to have replaced on my oil cap, we had to replace ourselves because the one they put on was bad. I would not recommend getting any service other than tires from this place, especially if you’re a woman because they will take advantage of you. I appreciate the effort they made to “fix” what they messed up, but if they had correctly diagnosed my car from the start this entire situation could have been avoided.
