  Jovany at Mavis Tires & Brakes was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, patient, and made sure I understood everything before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they have a good experience. Customer service like this is hard to find these days! I really appreciate Jovany and the way he handled everything. Definitely ask for Jovany if you visit Mavis

  This was the third time doing business with Mavis first time at this location. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged 8854 for the oil change. The tire rotation was free because I did purchase tires from them, but they left grease all over the door, the inside of the door and failed to put a sticker in the window indicating the Date of the oil change in the mileage. I definitely from my experiences. Do not recommend doing business with it at any location. You can see the pictures how they return the car when my daughter picked it up.

  I always love coming to this Mavis location. I came here a few years back to get my tires replaced and the service is amazing. I came today because I woke up to a flat tire and they quickly saw me without an appointment . Jovany did an amazing job patching my tire and it was able to repaired without a new tire. He was able to patch it and thankfully it was caught before more damaged. Jovany did amazing work and his customer service was very friendly, attentive, and willing to inform. I left knowing more about the use of the tire and all. I really recommend this tire shop and ask for Jovany. He will make sure you are taken care of. I am truly thankful for this service today.

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Rock Hill thanks to Jovany Mederos, the new Store Manager. If this is the level of service customers can expect under his leadership, the store is in great hands. From the moment I walked in, Jovany was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I understood my options before any work was performed. What stood out most was his honesty, transparency, and commitment to making sure I left completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly cares about both the customer experience and the quality of the work being done. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress free!   I had a nail come out of my tire and it was completely flat. So flat I couldn’t drive and luckily my dad was able to take my tire off and throw it in the back of the car. We came to this Mavis in the pouring rain yesterday because I needed my tire patched/plugged immediately as I couldn’t drive my car. I walked in and the young lady that helped me told me “oh we can’t get to that for a week.” That is CRAZY! A tire patch or plug takes literally 15-20 min!! We pulled in and there were employees just sitting around and only two cars in the bays. My dad works at a tire shop and this interaction was a huge red flag. We ended up going to the Mavis on Cherry road and was seen right away and only stayed there for about 20 min tops. I feel like management needs to know about this as this was incredibly ridiculous. Turning away business especially one this easy is crazy work guys. Just wanted to let you know!
