  I just went in to repair a tire and they went far beyond what I asked. The repaired, replaced spare and returned spare to undercarriage all without me asking. As a 79 year old it’s great too see young people still customer oriented and af Gain going beyond the call of duty. Very friendly and personable to and patient with a senior citizen

  This location is one of the worst! Every time we go here it’s about $100 more than the other locations and are rude! If you want good customer service I would seek a different location, like the one on Cherry Road or a different company all together. We’ve been here a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt and it’s the same every time!

  I came in for a tire repair. A screw lodged in the tread of my tire. I was assured it was an easy fix, and they had me out the door in about 45 minutes. I will definitely be back next time my car needs service or when I need new tires.

  Made the appointment online, got the confirmation. Walked in and the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice the place looks. The lobby is inviting (especially for a vehicle repair shop) and the work/bay area was clean, tidy and organized. Abby welcomed me in and got everything going and Marvin took my vehicle to the bay. The vehicle is one that belongs to my company and the tire needing the work was covered with tents, cases of water, tables, etc. I was more than willing to help take that stuff out to make it easier for them to get to work. Marvin insisted he had seen much worse and not to worry at all about it. I’ll be back again to this location. Everyone super friendly and very happy with the service.

  I made an appointment for 8am for new tires and an alignment. When I dropped the vehicle off I was told the alignment machine was broken. My wife is reporting to active military duty which requires her to drive 90 minutes to the Air Force base. She needed an alignment so I had to schedule a separate appointment for 4pm at another Mavis location. I had not received an update by 10:45. When I called to ask for an update I was told that the tires had not arrived and weren't expected to arrive until 1pm. If the tires were not going to arrive until 1:00pm, why was I given an appointment option to drop my vehicle off at 8am? This completely and unnecessarily ruined my morning routine (gym, childcare, work, etc.) To make things worse, when I picked up the vehicle, a new tire pressure sensor was installed as I requested, but it wasn't reprogrammed so it wasn't giving a PSI reading. When I went back into the store asked if the shop could perform the sensor relearning process so I could get a reading they said to just drive it around and it would start giving a reading. I trusted them, but after I did that, the sensor still wasn't giving a reading. When I got home I completed the relearning process myself with the tool that I (fortunately) already had and that worked. Why couldn't the shop just do that 90 second process? This whole situation was totally unacceptable and could have been avoided if (1) someone called me before the appointment to tell me the alignment machine was broken so I could go to one of the other many Mavis locations in Rock Hill, (2) I was told that the work couldn't start until 1:00pm so I didn't have to change my entire routine or be without a vehicle most of the day and (3) perform a tire pressure sensor relearn process that takes 90 seconds.
