  Put new rotors and brakes on my Tundra on my own...heard metal grinding and knew something wasn't right. Called Abbey at Mavis and got us right in. Technician Matt found the issue ...no grease on the pins and rotor was in too tight. They hooked me up made it right and didn't charge me anything. Amazing service. We will be bringing our vehicles to them for our service needs now. Thank you Abbey and Matt!

  I arrived late in the day just before closing and I was greeted with a smile. One of my tires had a slow leak and I noticed that it had a screw sticking out of it. Gabe plugged my tire in a few minutes and sent me one my way. Thank you Gabe for the great service!!

  The place was clean and the staff I interface with were courteous, but the hour to hour and a half quote turned into two hours. I know things take time, but I saw a lot of standing around, goofing off and no sense of urgency to get the job done. There was only one technician hard at work, but unfortunately for me, not on my truck. Competitive price on tires, but bad service experience.

  Mavis Tires and Brake on Herlong Street in Rock Hill deserves every star. Abby and the crew went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely safe before I left the lot. That kind of thoroughness is rare and genuinely appreciated. Abby in particular stood out, she is warm, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly every step of the way. You never feel left in the dark. 10 out of 10, and I will absolutely be returning. If you want a shop where the staff actually cares, this is it.

  I arrived at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Rock Hill, SC with a screw we had apparently driven over. The tire could not keep pressure in it so a patch was likely needed. I walked in and explained what was going on and the technician said, dont worry we got this. He had several customers he was already helping but he immediately had someone take our car into garage and begin looking at our tire. In just a few minutes we were back on the road. I cannot say enough about how great we were treated! Thank you Mavis Tires & Brakes!
