  My wife had a leak in her tire so we limped into this mavis. They were extremely helpful and very nice throughout the entire process. Every one was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the new hire, to the manager, to the mechanic. They quickly assessed the issue (a big nail) and repaired it very quickly. I am grateful to the whole staff for making this such a good experience. I'm never going anywhere else from here on.

  Came in on Saturday and got rear shocks and a new tire. Monday I'm 1043 miles away in Texas with both shocks blown and tire messed up. $583.99 wasted as well as my time. Guess it was easy to screw me over since I'm a female. 💩 business practice!! Currently spending more time at Mavis in Texas trying to get my van fixed. 0 out of 10 don't recommend UPDATE 8-10-26 Your response showed the public you care HOWEVER yes I see the # but the extension isn't visible. Currently a shop where I was showed that the wrong part was installed.....Soooo the correct shocks are being installed NOT AT MAVIS TIRE!!!!! It's insane how dangerous and not concerned you are about a woman's safety who trusted this business. I also got the shocks that were removed off my van they are definitely not the correct one's AND those $1800.00 leaf springs I didn't need....just selling me these as the problem to cover up you installed the wrong part....

  Guy at front counter was very friendly. Great guy. They checked everything on my car and repaired my tire.

  My son arrived at 5:40 to get a valve stem replaced. Told us no, it's to late, they close in 20 minutes. Said it would take 20 minutes to jack the truck up......really? No one there but us, moved our business elsewhere.
