  TG Shannon helped me buy a car. My family of 9 was with me. We all agreed that TG was amazing in how he presented the information, very knowledgeable and attentive in answering our questions. He has a wonderful personality, polite and courteous. He was so efficient in helping with the paperwork process and making sure we had everything needed to drive the car home. I could go on and on about what a pleasure it was to have him take care of us.

  Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. I had a trade in and we couldn't make a deal. I then tried to leave and told him to please give me my keys back but then said hold on a minute. At this point I started to get frustrated with the situation. I got up and walked outside expecting to get my keys back to leave but when he came back he had no keys. My salesman started to get angry with me because I wouldn't fall into his trap. I then asked at least 10 more times for my keys. He finally agreed and started to walk over to my vehicle. As we got closer he asked if I wanted to go back inside with him to get them. I said no I will wait over by my vehicle. After I said multiple times to give me my keys back he brings his manager out with no keys. The manager asked how my day was going and I then asked again where are my keys. He then said they are on my desk and I then said again I need my keys back. He then also starts to give me an attitude asking “do you not want to buy a vehicle”. I responded back with “I need my keys”. Finally after 20 mins of going back and forth with the key situation my salesman finally comes back with my keys. Do not recommend this place because they are that type of dealership that try’s to screw with people.

  I had a truly exceptional experience at JT’s Kia of Rock Hill, and it was honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a car dealership. From the very beginning, I had complete confidence in Billy Addison, my sales associate, and he absolutely delivered. Billy was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and completely pressure-free. I always felt that he had my best interests in mind, and I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or with the experience I had purchasing it. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Billy Addison at JT’s Kia of Rock Hill!

  Just purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage coming from a 2015 Kia Sportage. I just Love the Kia Sportage line; they are great vehicles, and the one I got caught my eye, and I had to get it. I had a great experience with the sales representative, Terrance; he made the sale the easiest I’ve ever had. I saw it, test-drove it, went over numbers for it, got approved, and I was in a new car and out the door. He gave me so many deals and a trade value I could not pass up. He was fast and focused on what I needed and didn’t waste any of my time at all. I will definitely personally recommend him to anyone that comes to look for a vehicle here. I do have a couple of issues I need handled with the car, so I will come back and update about if they get everything fixed in a timely manner, but I do appreciate everyone that helped me in this purchase process. Lots of great people here at Jts Kia of Rock Hill, so thank you to you all.

  The salesman was nice and not aggressive as some,and the car buying experience was smooth as well. My only issue is before purchasing the vehicle, we pointed out to minor damages we noticed on the right side at both the front and rear tire area. The molding or the strip around the tire was loose on both. The day of purchase, the salesman took to the service center im assuming and said they're guy was gone for the day and hell get with us when to bring by. Ok cool, we ended up waiting a week later and I dropped the vehicle off at 9:16 a.m. sharp and didn't get it back til almost 6 pm to find out its STILL NOT FIXED! Discussed with the salesman and he took pictures AGAIN like he did before purchasing the vehicle and said we could bring it back but haven't heard from him. Not too pleased with this issue honestly, I understand its a used car but we pointed out the issues and were told it would be resolved and it hasn't been. We brought them business so I feel that in return they should NOT drag they're feet on this repair, and fix it as they agreed.
