I took my vehicle in for it’s hundred thousand check. Martha was amazing! Extremely polite and efficient. She gave me all the details of what my car needed and explained it didn’t need to be done all at once. She gave me private time to check in with my husband on what we wanted to do for this visit. After making our decision she offered me a shuttle home because it was going to take a long time. I live close to an hour from the dealership and had things to do. When she returned she had set me up with a free rental for the day so I could continue with my day while my vehicle was being worked on. She even got me the same model that I drive so it was an easy transition for me. My vehicle was finished a bit earlier than expected and we were able to return and switch cars. I accidentally left my Yetti cup there and Martha called me immediately and in time for me to turn around to pick it up. My car was clean and running smoothly. Road trip ready!
Other than my not being able to reach the dealership all day due to a phone system issue my experience was great. This same phone issue happened once before and was frustrating me as I wanted to add an A/C re-charge to the list of the services being done and was unable to. Disappointingly - I will need to return for that service. Over all a great experience and Martha is a true asset to the dealership! Thank you Martha for all you did!

My wife and I recently bought a new to us 2025 Kia Telluride. We absolutely love the car so far. Called Eddie to make an appointment for it's first oil change. Eddie got us set up with a 930 Saturday morning appointment. We got there a little early and had a chance to meet some of the techs. Brad, Sean and Markel all seemed like good guys and have been at Jts Kia for a while. Sean got us in on time and took care of a recall and update on the car which did not add any extra time to our appointment. Overall from purchase to its first oil change. The guys and girls at Jts Kia made it quick easy and seemless.

I am writing to express my severe frustration and deep concern regarding the service performed on my 2023 Kia Carnival yesterday, June 30, 2026, for the Safety Recall - Fuel Leak.
After service and vehicle was handed over to me, I explicitly told the service team that I could smell a distinct fuel leak. Despite my warnings, three separate people on your staff told me they did not smell or notice anything. The recall service was supposedly completed, and the vehicle was returned to me.
However, today—less than 24 hours after picking up the car—the Check Engine Light has popped up on my dashboard.
A fuel leak is a critical, life-threatening safety hazard, not a minor mechanical convenience. Knowing that my family rides in this vehicle, driving it with an active malfunction light immediately after fuel system service is causing immense anxiety and peace of mind issues. It is completely unacceptable that a safety recall has resulted in further dashboard warnings and potentially unresolved fuel system malfunctions.

Update on my experience:
After my visit on 6/29/26 as described below we were contacted by the GM Adam Firetag, and he did everything he could to fix our problem and apologized for not being available to speak with us. Kia did put us in another Telluride after ours was defected. I want to give praise to the service manager Ethan who through all this was so polite and really listened to us, thank you Ethan. I also would like to thank Kena for taking such good care of us and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great sales experience to buy a car to go see her, thank you Kena for being so nice and knowledgeable of the product you were selling. The business manager Brett O'Day, I would like to thank for being so nice and helping us get into the new Telluride.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today 6/29/2026 I went up to JTs Kia of Rock Hill with concerns with my 2027 Telluride Xline EX that I just purchased on Saturday 6/13/2026. I have only had this Telluride for 2 weeks and last Friday 6/26/2026 when we had a big rainstorm after work I went to my car and when I opened my door, I noticed water streaming out my door. I took it to the service shop on Saturday 6/27/2026 and the service guy stated that this was something normal. Yes, a little water coming out is normal but not streaming out where you can see it make a puddle on the ground. Well, they asked me to make an appointment so that they could look it over. Well, the rest of the day Saturday went by, and I couldn't lock my doors with the lock on the door handle, and when we left the vehicle in a parking lot of a store we get back in and the cabin fan is running. Then Sunday 2/28/2026 we had another storm come through, and when me and my husband get in the vehicle to go to the store we get in the car and I have not started the car at this point and the heat was going in my car and all the windows were fogged up inside the car. So today, Monday 6/29/2026 I took the car to the scheduled appointment for the water and told them all the issues and wanted to speak with the sales manager Bill to make this right. I wanted Kia to put me in another car of the same value to make this right. Because the service guy was stating that they were going to have to take apart my brand-new car that I have only had for 2 weeks. I am not ok with this, so I wanted Kia to make it right. Bill the sales manager tries to brush us off like we didn't matter as a customer. Granted this car is my 5th car that I have purchased from Jts Kia of Rock Hill. We then found out that the GM Adam Firetag was there this morning and asked to speak with him and he did not even come out and speak with us. Us being loyal customers of Kia, he couldn't take the time to come speak with us and make this right.
So, I got corporates number and I called to report how loyal customers were treated at one of their dealerships. This is unacceptable and the treatment we have received. The gentleman that I spoke with at customer relations with corporate was very nice and willing to listen to all my concerns and is helping me make this situation right. Corporate recognized our loyalty to Kia and is willing to help us make this right.
As far as how you are treated as a customer at Jts Kia of Rock Hill I will never buy a car from there again, and I will not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family for that matter. Out of all the Kias I have bought from them (5) this is the first Kia that I have had a issue with and this is the first time I have been treated like total crap.
