As someone currently working TWO jobs, going to school FULL-TIME, being a full-time mom, balancing a relationship, and trying to build a better future all at once… life has honestly been overwhelming lately. My schedule is nonstop, and reliability is not a luxury for me — it’s a necessity. I needed something dependable, affordable, realistic, and stress-free. From the very beginning, Mae went ABOVE & BEYOND for me. She answered messages during personal hours, checked in on me, worked around my crazy schedule, and constantly reassured me through the entire process. She never made me feel pressured or judged — only supported. What stood out most was her patience and dedication. I changed my mind multiple times, wanted to wait, prayed over decisions, stressed over finances, and tried to make the smartest move possible for my future and family. Through ALL of that, Mae remained kind, professional, understanding, and encouraging.     I was extremely disappointed in the service dept. I brought my 2021 Kia soul in for some recall work on a thurs. When I dropped it off it had a half a tank of gas an I had just had it detailed inside. I told the person that they could keep it an extra day if needed as I have another vehicle. Fri .no word sat. No word, sun. No word . So on monday I called an after being put on hold for several mins was told yes its ready. When I picked it up I was given some paperwork an given my key............ When I started the car first thing I noticed was my gas tank was down to less than 1/8 of a tank. My seat mirrors were all outcof place and the was FOOD in the seat,floor an console. I also have a custom stereo with amp and sub that had been messed with an all the settings changed to the point I had to cut it off til I got home. An after all of this discovered that not all the recall repares had been done!!!!!!!!!

    I had a great experience at JT Kia of Rock Hill from start to finish. Terrance was an excellent sales associate — professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated how easy they made the experience. I would definitely recommend JT Kia of Rock Hill and ask for Terrance if you’re looking for a vehicle!

    First experiance good, second not at all. Highly recommend not dealing with their service department. 1. Bought the car from an individual, few months later motor locked up, took it to JTs, no questions asked replaced the motor under warranty zero cost to us. Zero issues with this visit, quick turn around time for the amount of work. Was during colder weather. 2. During warmer weather tried to run AC, did not work. Previous summer worked fine, I understand issues can happen in between seasons, so took it back to them to take a look see if maybe it wasn’t charged or maybe unplugged. They called said the compressor was not pumping, it was bad and needed replaced around $1800. We declined repairs, went to pick the vehicle up, paid the diagnostic, and went home. Next day my daughter calls me saying the AC is now working… that’s odd no repairs performed and compressor is bad. Waited about a week, still working. Called to speak with their service manager about the situation. Could not justify the technicians diagnosis, said bring it up to his foreman to look at it because he trusts him. Makes me believe he doesn’t trust the tech that worked on it and at this point there is nothing to look at, it is cooling fine. I know these technicians are commission paid, and they seen a kid and my wife drop the vehicle off and try to take advantage of them. Currently a month later and still cooling great. Just making you guys aware of this situation I’m sure it happens often. Service manager told me the money for the diagnostic was “already in the bank” even through it was a bad diagnostic from a shady technician. Beware if your taking your car in for any service work.

    Very disappointing and misleading experience at JT’s Kia of Rock Hill. We visited this dealership based on an online listing advertising a new vehicle with 0 miles, shown as new and discounted. When we arrived, we saw that the vehicle already was used and actually had approximately 2,500 miles on it. Despite this, the car was still being presented as a new vehicle, and no price adjustment was offered to reflect the mileage. When we explained that a vehicle with 2,500 miles is no longer new and asked for the price to reflect that reality, the salesperson was replaced by a manager. The manager insisted that the vehicle was still “new” and stated clearly that the price would not be adjusted. This felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch: advertising a vehicle online under one set of conditions to get customers into the dealership, then changing the facts once you arrive. We also mentioned that we intended to pay cash, but were told that financing was preferred, which further reinforced the impression that the focus was on maximizing profit rather than transparency. When we mentioned that we planned to leave a factual review to inform other buyers about the discrepancy between the online listing and the actual mileage, the manager responded by accusing us of “threatening” him. At that point, the conversation became uncomfortable and we chose to leave. Approximately 30 minutes later, we received a message from the general manager apologizing for the poor experience. While the apology was noted, the earlier interaction had already damaged our trust in this dealership, and we decided not to do business with them. Future buyers should verify mileage and terms carefully before visiting, as the online listings may not reflect the actual condition of the vehicle.
