  Very friendly young men. I just feel like, for what I paid for a tire. They could have wiped the grease off of my wheel and put a my valve stem cap back on my brand new tire.

  I went on 7/15 for an oil change and for them to check my transmission fluid. They told me that the fluid was fine. The next day, my car could not make it out of my apartment complex. I had a different mechanic from another shop take a look at my car and they told me the transmission fluid was not checked as the tab of the transmission fluid was still sealed. The tab needs to be essentialluy broken to access the dip stick for the transmission. The fluid is burnt and has metal shavings in it,which contradicts what Express told me, that my fluid was "fine." I have called and tried to get some explanation,but all I was given were excuses. "The mechanic who worked on your car is off on mondays." "I am acting store manager." I had the other mechanic call and ask to speak to a DM and the DM gave excuses as well, stating I did not ask for the fluid to be checked, when the lady I talked with clearly remembers me asking for the fluid to be checked as well. And "the mechanic did not know where the dipstick for the transmission was." Oh I dont know, use this cool thing called Google and look it up or ask the customer! Now,I need a whole new transmission, that this Express is not going to do anything about, because of this misdiagnosis from this Express. Plus, the oil drain plug was not sealed all the way and is causing oil to leak from my car. I do not reccomend using this Express for anything,maybe oil changes,but I would make sure to get it double checked after since this was not a positive experience. Clearly they need to rethink a new slogan because "honesty. Trust. Respect." Isn't working for them.
