  Extremely professional and customer-centric. Check-out and check-in was amazingly fast and trouble free. Great experience with the Enterprise staff at this location! Rental cars were flawless as well. Five stars!

  This place has always been great however this weekends rental experience fof pick up and drop off were truly enhanced because pf Jonathan and his kindness, professionalism and great vibes!!!

  Extremely unprofessional experience. We paid for an Uber from Chester to Rock Hill specifically to pick up our reserved rental, only to be shown a heavily scratched-up vehicle that absolutely reeked of marijuana inside. The smell was so bad that the vehicle had to be refused, and no replacement was available. We were left stranded in Rock Hill, out the cost of the Uber, and now have to use the personal vehicle we rented a car specifically to avoid taking on the trip. Completely unacceptable experience from Enterprise.

  Jonathan provided exceptional customer service during my recent rental with Enterprise on Anderson Road in Rock Hill, SC. He went above and beyond by calling me the day before to confirm my reservation and let me know my vehicle was ready. When I arrived, Jonathan greeted me promptly and checked me in quickly and efficiently. The car was in good condition and perfectly suited my needs. Jonathan’s professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend working with him at the Rock Hill Enterprise.

  I reserved an 8 passenger vehicle. They called me on Friday to confirm 8 passenger. When I got there Monday they did not have an 8 passenger available. I settled for the 7 passenger and asked them to adjust the bill accordingly. The original bill was $971 after a $300 deposit was added. When I got to my destination, the oil light came on. I had to go to two different locations to get it swapped out. When I returned, I explained my situation and they issued a $75 credit. When I got the final bill it was $780. The math didn't add up to me so I called for clarification. $780 plus the credit of $75 would be $855. When I originally reserved the (8 passenger vehicle) with deposit it was $971. So, minus the deposit would have been $671. How we got to $855 before the inconvenience credit, I couldn't understand. I returned the vehicle earlier then agreed upon. When I asked them to explain the bill for me they said they would just issue 1 day credit for me. I agreed without getting my answer. However, they did not issue that credit. I called back twice and was told they would issue the credit. It's been 6 weeks. That seems pretty shady to me. Make sure you get an itemized bill and that it adds up for you. I wouldn't trust this location
