  Call the head to make sure my payment method would suffice was told yes drove an hour to Rock Hill to find out they don't accept those cards complete waste of my time

  Nice smooth transition with an insurance company claim while my car was being fixed, no issues at all, they offered me nice new car for rental. Definitely recommend. Rock Hill, SC branch.

  Do not rent from this location. John the manager is dismissive and unfriendly. I reserved a premium car for a trip to my son's graduation for May 7th. Once there, I was told that they did not have premium car for me..they offered a Corolla or Wrangler--neither were able to seat the number of riders we were to have. All the desk employee could say was "We left a message." I asked for the manager. "John" only stated in a flat and unappolgetic way, "We left a message". No message was on my phone. However, they did call so on the Wednesday, May6th I called the number and spoke with a young lady that confirmed my reservation for a premium car. Staff offered no apologizes, no sympathy, nothing but a "we close at 6 o'clock". In fact, John told me that they could not rent to me because it would be 6:20 by the time they finished my paperwork. He locked the door on my husband. I will be contacting cooperate.

  Awesome customer service. And vehicles rented were very nice. Our previous rental was definitely smoked in and cloth seats were nasty. But this trip was perfect!!! Fresh clean and everything we needed safety wise. The Honda Odyssey, seven passenger van was a perfect travel experience. I’ll be back in June and expecting same great things.

  We went on a family trip to Orlando, Florida. The process of renting a car through Enterprise is very easy. We checked in quickly and they brought the car around. We checked it out and all looked well so we hit the road. The vehicle we got was a mid size sedan, it was fully loaded and smooth to drive (we actually want to buy this car now). The drop off process is very easy as well. We arrived at the drop off location and an employee met me at the car to look everything over and we were on our way. Very easy process. The only down side is that there was a deposit on top of the price of the car and I wasn’t aware, I’m sure it was listed somewhere when I went to rent the car but this could’ve been an issue had I not had the extra money to hold.
