  We just finished purchasing a fifth wheel here for our family of 6 and it was a great experience. RV Will and one of the finance manager's, Austin, were very helpful and understanding of our circumstances. They gave us plenty of time, were not pushy, and helped accommodate with our military circumstances. They answered all of our questions honestly and made the buying experience much less stressful than we expected. We truly appreciate the customer service we received and would definitely recommend the Camping World in Ridgeland, South Carolina to anyone looking for an RV or trailer.

  The experience in trading in my old RV, shopping for a new RV, and through the purchase was virtually painless. Very friendly and helpful staff. Heather and Alex in Sales. Dustin in maintenance and Austin in finance were all great. Myron leading it all was one of the most hassle free experiences I've had buying a vehicle of any type. I would highly recommend Camping World of Ridgeland fot any of your RV needs.

  If you are looking for an RV, I HIGHLY recommend that you go and see RV Will and the NEW GENERAL MANAGER Myron. I had thought all hope was lost after 6 months of dealing with the previous management and previous employees. I had a reoccurring problem with my RV and reached out for help with no answers. I gave it one more chance and called again, to my surprise I was informed of a new manager, Myron. Myron called me back within 5 minutes and took the time to actually listen to my concerns. He had my husband and myself come down and meet with him in person. We were introduced to Will and all our stress and concerns were behind us. They went above and beyond to help me trade in my RV for a new one. From the minute we met Will and Myron we knew everything was going to be ok. Words I thought would never happen. The turn around from my past experience to now has me spinning. From the front desk, sales, finance, maintenance, and scheduling departments everyone was super helpful, Myron and Will went out of the way to make us feel seen and heard. They truly treat you like family. So please don’t let your previous experiences stop you from going to camping world of Ridgelamd. Go see for yourself!   Are you kidding me? Came to look at an RV that is pictured. Trade in. Terrible looking. Batteries dead. Paint oxidation everywhere. Exterior and interior dirty. If it were consignment I could understand but a trade. It's no wonder it hasn't sold. Couldn't believe they are asking $89O00. But wait there's more. Employees parked in handicap. Then there's an employee smoking in front. I'm sure a smoking area but had to walk through it. We ONLY stopped here because it was on the way. Our Camping World in Augusta puts it to shame. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of one? The beautiful American Flagg.

  Will went above and beyond to help us find the perfect camper, even though we don’t live in the area. His dedication really stood out—he took the time to follow up with us the very next day to let us know that the perfect camper had become available at our local Camping World. What impressed us most was his honesty. Instead of just trying to make a sale, Will genuinely guided us in the right direction and recommended going with a Jayco, which gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. It’s clear he truly cares about helping his customers find the best fit for their needs. We’re incredibly grateful for his effort, communication, and integrity. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile, Will is the person to work with.
