  I’ve always used Valvoline for my oil changes, and until this visit I’ve never had a problem. The staff has always been professional, which is why I trusted them with my recently purchased vehicle. I just bought a Jeep from McKinney Dodge with around 60,000 miles. The engine compartment was extremely clean, and I decided to have a transmission fluid flush done as preventative maintenance. While watching the service, I wasn’t very confident the technicians were familiar with the procedure. I even told them that if they weren’t completely comfortable doing it, I’d rather take it to a transmission shop. They assured me they could handle it. Unfortunately, during the transmission flush, transmission fluid sprayed all over the engine compartment. I was told the machine didn’t shut off, and fluid ended up covering the engine, radiator, and electric cooling fan, causing smoke from the hot engine. To their credit, the employees were professional, apologized, and did their best to clean up the mess. My concern is that there is still transmission fluid residue around the radiator, electric fan, and other components under the hood. Over time, that residue will collect dust and dirt, leaving the engine compartment looking dirty on a vehicle I just purchased. More importantly, this experience has left me questioning whether the transmission service was completed correctly. Since this vehicle doesn’t have a transmission dipstick, I have no way to verify that the fluid level is correct before taking it on out-of-town travel for my son’s baseball tournaments. I’m not trying to leave a negative review just to complain. I simply hope Valvoline will make this right by thoroughly cleaning the engine compartment and giving me confidence that the transmission fluid level and service were completed properly. I’ve always had good experiences here, and I’m hoping this one can be resolved the same way.

  I thought I was due for an oil change, but the attendant showed .e that my oil was clear and full. He said he didn't want to charge me for changing oil that was perfectly fine. I really appreciate his honesty and I will continue to use Valvoline.

  We got there and they were pretty busy but the wait wasnt long at all. The guys were all very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoy using this location for our oil changes.
