- AGandrea gaughf2 days ago4.0Just a note that if you have a stabilitrack issue and you need to have it checked, they do not have a tool that checks for ABS or chassis issues, they only have engine tool. The price for this tool is only a $150 tool.I believe that it is worth a $150, so other people can come in. And have this issue addressed, so they know what's wrong with their vehicle. I'm disabled my nurse that comes in and takes care of me is having the same issue with her vehicle. She does not have these same vehicles that I have.

I was assisted by an employee named Jacob .he assisted me on the phone when I called initially called on 3/16/26 to order some parts. I assumed the vehicle problem(wheel bearing and hub assembly) . upon disassembly the morning of the 17th I noticed there were other parts that I was going to need that were also defective., so I took the defective parts with me when I picked up my initial parts order. When I went to the counter to inquire, I asked for Jacob. he was busy with a customer, but I waited till he was through with them. I told him I brought some additional parts that I need.and maybe he could look up and add to the purchase. He researched,referenced and cross-referenced ,conferred with the manager of the store. after a considerable amount of time and effort he found the part for my Vehicle. found a solution and The right part. I am thankful for that.!!He was knowledgeable in his job and cared for the customer. doing in my opinion Extra Effort😃 I ask Jacob his last name and said Herron . Mr. Herron went above and beyond his duties to find the right part For my vehicle. Although it took longer than just coming in and picking up my original parts, the time and on research to find my additional damage part to replace and for the best outcome from my situation, I say Jacob persevered and conferred with his team. I’ll be back in the future for sure. friendly and excellent service👍

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
