  Wonderful experience! I had a tire that was low, brought it in on a Sunday and she thoroughly checked it and make sure all four tires were good to go. Super friendly, thorough and quick! Highly recommend!

  Went in Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. About 30 minutes later mechanic came to get me from waiting room. He waved at me with a come hither finger. Very unprofessional. I follow him to my car in service bay. He told me I needed a brake system and power steering system flush. Car only has 55k miles. I passed on upgrade sale of non essential work. I google those services and found that power steering flush should not be required. On Sunday I went to drive car and change oil light came on. The mechanic forgot to reset the oil indicator. I will never go back for car service again. Lousy service.

  Excellent customer service! Dan was so kind and accommodating when he helped me today. They replaced my tire valve at no charge, and I really appreciated their generosity and willingness to help. It’s nice to find a place that treats customers so well. I highly recommend Mavis Tire!

  The assistant manager and manager were absolutely wonderful. Excellent customer service! They went out of their way to come pick us up and bring us back to get our vehicle! Great!!!

  I was leaving on a trip out of town when I realized that one of my brake lights was out. A long trip with only one brake light is a bad idea. I called Mavis, they were able to fit me in to their busy schedule and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you Dan!!! You guys are awesome.
