  The computers were down and things were moving slow but the employees (Dan in particular) did their best to handle the situation with humor and customer service. Thanks for the excellent service on a tough day!

  Wow!! this place started great!! I brought in 2 Brand new rims for my trailer to have tires put on. Just look at the pictures how i picked it up.. Cross threaded, melted one of the wheel stud threads- used the old bolts which were over tightened and now wedged into the new rims, was looking for the longer new shiny lugs, would have needed 10. not sure if the rims are ruined or can be salvaged with the new tires. I was so surprised and disappointed that i didn’t want them touching my trailer anymore.. So i paid whatever they asked, for tires and the service performed just to get out of there. didn’t seem like anyone was in charge. I’d love to get this resolved and i’d really like to get the bolt replaced since they made a mess of my trailer. and new correct longer chrome lugs that fit. I just don’t think they have the knowledge or staff to get it done correctly.. i’m already out almost 400.00 I would like to update this review if items can be corrected.. I’ll keep y’all posted.

  Mavis Tire is the absolute best!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were really in a bind and they went above and beyond in fixing our tire. Dan, DJ, and Chris— truly can’t say enough great things about them! They were kind and prompt in the service and they did an amazing job!!! We will be lifelong customers of Mavis Tire!!

  Went to get my front right tire patched. Drove back home after, halfway home and the tire lights back on. Check the tire pressure and it's back down to 25. The same nail on the same front right tire is still in there. Call them back to let them know, and they tell me it must be a new nail, but at the same time they tell me they left a nail in there because they didn't think it was leaking? So I'm not really sure what i paid for. Ended up getting pliers and patching it myself. Really frustrated that the same nail i needed removed and patched, still wasn't removed and patched. Paid to end up doing it myself. Luckily tire didn't fully blow on the way home. Very disappointed in the call i had today with their team. Wouldn't recommend after that.

  Will not be getting my business or recommendations ever. I called the day before to book an appointment to replace the tires on my car since I got a flat tire. James offered me a 10:00am appointment and said my car would take no more than an hour which time was important because I stressed to him that I was visiting and needed to make the drive back to NC this afternoon. We dropped my car off early which was considerate of them to check-in early. Ran out to run errands and at 11:15 they had not even started work on my car. They then said it would not even be ready until 1:30pm! There was no sense of urgency whatsoever, even though I stressed the need to drive back home today. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism, do not offer appointments if you’re not even going to start working on my car within the hour. What should have been a quick $1,000 for Mavis was lost today because they didn’t even bother to honor a simple appointment and very simple car repair. James didn’t even attempt to get me to stay when I asked for my key back, it’s clear he didn’t want business even though I told him my whole family lives down here and they’d have 5 cars worth of repeat business if they did a good job. Will not be back.
