  Was told I could switch my rental two days prior to picking it up. Arrived to a collision repair store with a tiny “fleet” of maybe two vehicles. The gentleman working clearly HATES his job and has zero customer service ability. The reservation had accidentally been made for a mini van which is why I called to change it. He told me I could only have a mini van which I told him I would not drive. His response was that HE loves them- as if I care. I happily walked out canceling the reservation and got in my car and made a reservation at a different location. DO NOT use this location!

  Was told I could leave my personal car there. When I returned the rental, my car had been towed. There are new signs up that say "No Overbite Parking" which were not there when I rented the car. No call, no nothing. Now I'm out 320 dollars for the tow, plus now my car shakes like crazy when I go over 50 mph, so I'm assuming the tow messed up my alignment. Only went to that location because Surfside location did not have a single car, even though I had a reservation.

  Amazing and very helpful staff, they get you in and out very quickly with not a lot of fuss. Amazing location!

  Everyone was very helpful and I was easily able to change my return date when it proved necessary.
