Great customer service. No high pressure sales. They give you recommendations and you make the decision.

I just purchased a 1982 Corvette. I was driving it for the first time and since it had been sitting I wanted to get an oil change. I pulled into Strickland Brothers of Cross Lanes, WV. Korinn McQuain stopped me before I got to the garage door. She wanted to make sure my vette wouldn’t drag the man hole guard. Her and another associate took the time and used a tape measure to make sure the vette wouldn’t get damaged. Once in the bay they did all the normal checks. They googled the tire pressure just to make sure they were filling it accordingly. They told me the multiple oil options and gave me recommendations. They checked the other fluids despite not having them just for my knowledge. They took their time and did the job right. Thank you! I was nervous and they were amazing.

Phillip and Patrick took such great care of me and my car today. Best experience I’ve ever had during a car service of any kind. Strickland Brothers has a returning client in me because of these 2. 10/10 service ❤️
