The staff was super helpful and nice. I went in for an oil change and a patch on my tire. While they did that, they were able to find that my battery was at 5 percent. So thank goodness they caught that before I left! I recommend going to Gregg!

Had a flat that I couldn't get repaired because it was on the side and they got me up and running within minutes so I can get to work! Certainly took a big load off my mind get me in and out so fast! Great management great workers and great customer service! This has become my new tire shop. For an update I took my truck back, because I had a bad strut I've been wanting to get fixed so I got a new strut and had them put that on for me because I feel like I can trust the mechanics. They also pointed out that my outer tie rod needed to be changed because it was leaking so I also got a new outer tie rod. After they installed that and did a front end alignment my truck steers and rides like it was brand new. This is a great place with great people. I work on my own vehicle so I know what I'm talking about I just didn't want to change out a strut in my yard. Oh yeah great price too!

In the middle of a 12 hr trip with our 6 year old son and 2 little dogs our lug nut on a rear wheel broke. Then another broke. I called Mavis. I found it on Google. Alley was so kind and so very helpful we were 3 miles from Mavis and needed towed. She provided me with numbers for towing services. The guy from JRs was there in ten minutes. He also deserves a shout out. Richard our mechanic was a super guy and worked very hard at getting our wheel with the tire off. It was one tough job. The three out of five remaining lug nuts were stripped. Richard used a massive amount of patience and sheer determination and got the wheel off. We ended up having the spare placed on and were on the road. Alley takes her job to the next level. Alley and Richard went above and beyond! All with our little boy and two doggies entertaining us. She and Richard deserve kudos! They are the best 👌
