Slow service, they had the car all day up in the air and didn't even touch it until closing time. (That means a rush job) No sense of urgency or care!

Steve and Alley were more than helpful. I went to the store over in north rd and they couldn’t get me in but had nothing going on at the time. I came across town and they were more than happy to work me into their schedule. They showed me things my vehicle needs and went into great detail the process involved with resolving my issues. I will definitely be returning to this store. The atmosphere and staff are great to deal with and have great conversations.

Showed up Sunday after our tire blew out on 95. The gentleman from AAA directed us to this location. After about a 2 hour wait we were back on the road with a 'new' tire. 45 minutes later th3 same 'new' tire was flat and we had to call AAA again. I called Alley, the employee who rang us up. All they were willing to do was get a different Midas to change out the stem. The Midas in Conway SC said the first Midas should have changed that out a long time ago as they dont even make those stems anymore.
I was told by the original Midas we went to that the owner would call us to 'make it right'.
So after a week - no call what so ever. No attempt to correct their mistake.
We ended uo going to e reputable establishment for a new tire.
I would never go to Midas again, especially the one in Orangeburg SC.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I had a flat tire due to a valve stem going bad on my dually wheel. Mavis was one of a few tire shops open on a Sunday.The customer service was absolutely amazing! With one young lady working the front desk and a technician working in the shop, they got customers in and out in a timely manner with professionalism and courtesy. I was traveling so they got me back on the road quickly! They were life savers on a Sunday morning!!!!
