  Before you patron this "business" BEWARE...I am a host on turo, and one of my vehicles was on a trip when the tire blew and the vehicle needed a tow around 6:45. The closest service was this one & was about 10 minutes away from the vehicle. The guest informed me this "business" wanted 290 dollars for the tow & tire AFTER it was completed. No estimate, no notification, no asking if I agreed. I called the owner & asked what the charges were and he explained. He charged 150 for the tow, 100 for the tire and 40 for "after service" or "after hours" towing. I asked him why was the tow so high & if he could adjust the price. He immediately became hostile and stated, and I quote verbatim, "if i was the white man you wouldn't be asking me to change the price." I don't even know where that came from & he was obviously projecting his past frustrations. He continued to state his price is his price etc. He then stated that if he knew I was a business he would have charged me more for the after hour "fee." He wouldn't take any form of payment other than cashapp, saying he didn't want to take my card over the phone as though he was looking out for me, but really he just wanted to ensure his scam went through. The next morning I asked him for an itemized receipt and gave him 24 hours, and of course he hasn't responded. 150 dollar tow, that should have been 75 to 100 max, a 75 dollar tire he's upselling for 100 and a made up "after hour" towing fee (mind you its only 7pm) equals an extra 125 dollar rip off. Looking at some of his other reviews, it's clear he makes up prices as he goes & sees fit & has no real business sense. Just another hustler trying to get the most he can out of each situation. Choose Wisely

  Went for a tire change, less than two weeks later it rolled off of the car while I was on the interstate. Please stay far away from this company for your own safety!

  Picked up a nail and punctured our radiator. Ended up getting towed to Kelvin’s Auto repair after the original shop couldn’t help us on a Sunday. Hands down the best experience we ever had! They were able to locate parts and get us fixed in the same day. Thank you!!

  They get one stars but I wanted to put none!!I will never allow my car any of my cars to go there again. My son car was hit by a white vehicle on the lot and it came back with a bend on the side and my gps System that I had in my console was stolen never will I send my vehicle there anymore or recommend anybody. And they didn't even fix the car. Say they couldn't it was electrical problem, but they say they can do electrical problem. false advertisement

  If ever in doubt, forget about AAA & Geico Roadside Assistance. Call Kelvin or Journey first and foremost if roadside tire service is needed anywhere on I-26 between Charleston and Columbia. You will be serviced well and back on the road in quick succession. Highly recommend.
