  Hi. I have never used Enterprise. You guys have been texting me people's car rental information for months. I have called and you said you couldn't do anything. Leave me alone! You are sending me the private information for your customer's rentals. I can see the last four of their credit cards and where and when they are renting a car. WHY ARE YOU NOT ABLE TO HELP. WHY ARE YOU TEXTING ME ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE CUSTOMER DATA? I haven't, but you are actually texting me the ability to edit your customers' reservation. Again, I have called you guys about this. The answer I got was that they could not take my phone number off of customer reservations because I am not them. I KNOW I'M NOT THEM. That's why I want to not be bothered and why I don't want their private information. Posted are some of the screenshots, not included are the pictures of their actual credit card info that I can see. Edit: The generic response is laughable. I have never used Enterprise. Every time I've called, they tell me that they can't edit people's reservation to take my phone number off. They are texting me your information. I can see your credit card information. This is a serious issue. Please fix it.

  Overall disappointing experience getting accused of putting a dent on the car and didn’t do it and car smelled just like smoke

  The vehicle smelled like a dog was in it and l told the salesman that and she said she would put an air freshener in it but she never did so l sprayed some air freshener in the van but it still smell bad and we had to drive 9 hours to another state with that scent for an funeral . Before returning the vehicle l vacuum the van and you could have seen the dog hair throughout the vehicle 🤦🏽‍♀️

  If i could give them a zero I would! This location decided to tell me that my insurance reservation did not happen and then followed that with a lie about attempting to call me and my voicemail being full. No missed calls, voicemail wasn't full and Verizon has no record of them calling me. This is not the first time this location has blamed the customer or another party for their mistakes. Last year they did something similar when the dealership sent my husband here to pick up a vehicle while he car was repaired. I wish there was another location near me!

  Had the same experience as Debbie Holladay only I’d put my car in the shop after a confirmed reservation. When Enterprise didn’t show up, got a lift to their location only to be told my reservation wouldn’t be recognized, there were no cars available and they needed a week’s notice. I called Enterprise several times yesterday and today. Enterprise Inc and Enterprise Orangeburg are on two different planets. So no car and no rental.
