  Do not expect to leave with a car even if you have rented hundreds of cars from enterprise for over 10 years. I went to pick up my car and I had moved so I needed a “utility bill” ok so we show our PREPAID electric from edisto electric and she refused to accept that. We don’t have a gas or water bill and they won’t use a spectrum bill. So now I’m struggling to figure out how to get to my adoption attorney appointment! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I got put on the spot with this. I will b never use ANY ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!!

  Tevin, the manager at the orangeburg sc location went above and beyond to take care of me!! It was the best experience I had renting a car. The deposit was high, but it wasn’t a reason to get upset. I will be back!!! Amazing customer service.

  If I could give a 0 star I would. Told me I can’t do credit card over the phone for someone else to pay for me when I’ve done that several times before. Then couldn’t wait for me to find a ride and had me sitting outside in the 90+ degree weather trying to find someone to come get me. 0/10 never again

  I ha RESERVATION to pick up a vehicle at 9am & happened call the office because I was going to be maybe 5 minutes after. I was told by Rachel they rented out all the cars on the lot & we’re getting more from Columbia at 12:30. No one bothered to let me know if a vehicle had become available. I was blamed by Rachel saying that I “said” I was coming at 12:30 😑 Anywho, she was never expressed any concern or care & was very snarky. NEVER renting from Enterprise in the future. They ruined my whole day of plans, but I ended up getting a rental from the Columbia airport. Orangeburg rarely has good customer anywhere!

  Very disappointed with the Orangeburg Enterprise location. I made a reservation one week in advance, but only 12 hours before pickup they called and told me they had no cars available. No alternatives, no assistance, and no effort to help solve the problem. I was simply told there was nothing they could do. What’s the point of making a reservation if it can be canceled at the last minute? Poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience.
